“I was in the area and craving a healthy smoothie when I remembered that The Smoothie Room was nearby, which has been on my list to check out for a while. They are a small, locally owned shop specializing in fresh smoothies, pressed juices, and acai/smoothie bowls. They were even featured on Yelp's Top Places to Drink in Orlando list, so I already knew that they were loved by the community. The space is decorated cute with hammock swings and surf vibes. They have a small team operating the shop and preparing smoothies, but everything was coming out pretty quickly. I went with the Go Green smoothie which contains spinach, organic shredded coconut, banana, strawberry, kiwi, and pineapple. It's definitely more on the sweet/fruity side which I prefer, and I'm glad there's some hidden veggies in there that I can't taste. It was exactly what I was looking for. All of their ingredients are fresh and all natural -- no artificial additives, etc. Staff was very attentive and friendly. I'd opt for this local smoothie spot over a chain any day.“

I ended up only paying for the chicken I added to my bowl (kale and green leaf, sliced almonds, and parmesan with caesar dressing). I also got a side of the cashew curry dressing to try and…OMG. Definitely getting that again! ??️ 100% spicy but delicious! You can also add bread or some tortilla chip rounds for free, I think.Overall, it’s a cute restaurant on the corner and sooo many toppings and dressings to choose from. “On this cool Thursday after a dentist appointment we wanted to get some coffee from somewhere we hadn't been. We thought of the Holy Grain Coffee on Conroy but found out there is one in Metro West! So we decided to go to that one instead. As we searched for parking, which is the major downside to this location, we found the building and a spot about 1 block away. Now the parking issue makes sense as I believe this location is meant for the apartment and business residents around. But aside from that this quante coffee shop was very nice with board games on each table, great service and cheap prices! The quality of the coffee is very good as well and in my opinion I prefer it over Starbucks. I do recommend trying it out, but maybe the other location for better parking.“

“I come to this Nature's Table often and the staff here are very friendly. They get pretty busy during lunch time but always have a smile on their faces. I like the salads they have here especially the Fiesta Chicken Salad. It is quite spicy though so be sure to grab a drink as well. The smoothies here are really good, my favorite is Strawberry Banana & the Peanutbutter Cup smoothies.Today I got the California Club sandwich and it was good. I like that there are a lot of fresh and lighter menu items here. That way you can feel good about what you're eating when ordering from here.“
