I had called when I was on my way over and the woman had already prepared some herbal mixes for us by the time I got there. We had an immune mix and a respiratory mix. It helped us all recover fast. With all of the quick service food options in Orlando, it’s hard to find establishments that are quick, delicious, nutritious, and affordable. I recently went to Crisp & Green for the first time and they checked every single box. From the streamline assembly of your salad and the refreshing Agua Frescas to the service and atmosphere, I was more than impressed with my experience. I just moved into the area and if I’m craving a quick and healthy bite this is my go to. Definitely a place everyone needs on their radar.“
“Their meals have made life so much simpler, some weeks I order the fresh meals if I like the selection, if not I hit up the freezer meals. Not every meal is great, but you learn what you like over time and what you don’t. Every staff member is kind, knowledgeable and always smiling. I rarely cook on weeknights now since finding this place and the pricing is reasonable“
“I'm sitting here eating as I type because I'm just so pleased with my meal... And my husband is too. We ordered and are sharing the Tequesta Dragon bowl and the Greek wrap. Firstly, the ladies here are so welcoming, kind, and helpful. The food was made super fast and both items we ordered taste so fresh and flavorful.Also on my first visit here, I ordered takeout and very much appreciate that my order came in a compostable bag as I hate using plastic. That day I had the California Bagel which was also delicious. Great food, service, and atmosphere!“

“I can't say enough good things about this company. The food is delicious and healthy, and just as importantly, the chef and his wife are so kind and helpful. They have given me extra time with my family and allow me to stay on track by doing my meal prepping for me. The turkey tacos, blackened chicken, and turkey meatballs are my all time favorites!Dietary restrictions: plenty of dairy free and gluten free optionsKid-friendliness: My 5 year old loves the greek chicken and turkey tacos which makes dinner time so much easier.“

“OMG, I think I just found my favorite spot for a delicious protein shake and then some! The donuts are to die for! Super Bonus, its a freaking protein donut! All jokes aside, I will be back, and back again......and again. Our 1st try was the banana bread protein shake, a MUST try! & the smores protein donuts, bomb! & the acai bowl, muah! Everything was made FRESH, you here me! LIKE SHE MAKING DONUTS "DING" OUT THE OVEN KINDA FRESH! The owner, bomb, so welcoming, super sweet and really cares about the health and mindfulness of the body, and my experience here, pretty much made me do my happy dance. The Protein Lab has an earthy classic vibe to the place, love the enegery there, super cozy! My God, keep blessing this lady's business! Highly recommend spot. I woke up this morning craving a (caesar) salad and went to Greenbeat for the first time.A few months ago, my friend gave me a coupon for a free bowl (I think they were giving them out when they first opened). I ended up only paying for the chicken I added to my bowl (kale and green leaf, sliced almonds, and parmesan with caesar dressing). I also got a side of the cashew curry dressing to try and…OMG. Definitely getting that again! ??️ 100% spicy but delicious! You can also add bread or some tortilla chip rounds for free, I think.Overall, it’s a cute restaurant on the corner and sooo many toppings and dressings to choose from. Nice atmosphere.~$8 for a small bowl (~$12 if you add protein) and ~$10 for a large bowl +$3 for a protein. I got a small and will be finishing the other half for dinner ?10/10 recommend and will be back!Parking: Street parking“

I am very picky about smoothies and normally prefer the ones I make myself at home, but Rethink makes wonderful, healthy and delicious smoothies (same can be said about the food I tried here). “I decided to look for a meal prep company for healthy convenient meals. I’d heard about Fitlife foods from some friends and decided to check then out. I went to the Winter Park location and was helped out by Paige. She went through the menu with me and helped me create a meal plan suitable for my lifestyle as an athlete. She was super nice, professional and very helpful! There’s a good variety of meals, breakfast and lunch/dinner, in varied sizes. There’s also vegetarian, gluten-free and high-protein options. I tried several and have not been disappointed yet. All the ingredients and macros are listed on the label which has been very helpful to me. Meals are fresh not frozen and take around 2 minutes in the microwave to heat up. I loved the buffalo chicken melt and the Mediterranean turkey meatballs. All in all great service, great meals which are healthy and convenient. I highly recommend and will continue to use moving forward!“

Fresh, delicious, and you can tell the owners are passionate about nutrition - it was also packed with protein, fiber, and probiotics! The owner was very kind and took the time to educate me on what was in the bowl and ensure I was good with all the ingredients, which was a lovely touch. I’ll definitely be back!“
