“My community has a 1st Saturday of the month Coffee and Donuts social at our clubhouse for our residents and Dunkin is where we get our Donuts. Just wish there were coupons or discounts for seniors and/or Veterans to help with the cost of putting on this event.“
“This Dunkin has been a fixture of my morning for about a year now. Not every meal is perfect, not every interaction spotless. But I know when I hear Hannah's voice on the drive-thru intercom some serenity will be added to my day. Hannah's calm and kind demeanor - no matter how many cars are lined up - comes from a genuine place of inner strength and inspires me to set my day on the same track. Service industry work, especially fast food, is unavoidably stressful and emotionally taxing but she makes it look effortless. “Dunkin inside Melbourne Airport, has a slightly limited supply of items compared to the larger stores but this is to be expected. The food is good and the service was OK but nothing to write home about.We had a Dunkin before a flight and as normal glad we did as the food on board was awful.“

Melbourne Fl.The lady serving me she had a the gloves on One of the other employee brought her dog in the store this lady with the gloves she pet the dogs and then didn’t change the gloves and do the sandwiches and then she came to help me and she grab donuts with the hand and try to give it to me and I asked or you just didn’t pet the dog and she said no she lied I saw with my eyes.I always go to this location by donut and bagels for my kids I never had anything like this before this is disgusting“
“I usually get through the drive-thru so I can't answer about atmosphere but but this one particular dunkin' donut is always right on the ball. Has your drink ready and if you have questions or you want an add-on or something they never have a problem with that.“
“A year or so ago I would never think to go to this Dunkin but within the last 6 to 8 months something must have majorly changed. More than likely this skinny lady that works the drive-through who must be the manager because she takes all the orders and she's got the rest of the workers working like a well oiled machine, she has a good personality she communicates well and the food is hot when you get it weather drive through or in the dining area that lady deserves a raise since she's been employed because this whole Dunkin has changed for the better certainly the best one anywhere around, as they say action speaks louder than words and this lady doesn't speak that much other than getting your order and making sure that everyone else's on their game to do their job, kudos to her and her team you guys rock !“
“Customer service was good. Good was good.My only issue is the order box area.We went through the drive-thru on a rainy day and the order box had no covering to shield one from the elements, which made it difficult to order without being rained on.“
“We went through the drive thru. The guy handing us our order was really nice and made sure the coffee cup was wrapped with napkins just in case we needed them and so it wouldn't leak. And they were patient with us when we ordered. It's always a plus to have these little things, it makes life easier when they're prepared!“
