Seemed to be a new cashier but her manager was hovering close by. They worked hard to keep everyone happy. The egg sausage croissant was incredible. The store was non stop busy but I still had a quiet seat to start my day.

I'm so pissed. Why am I getting charged an extra $0.50 for an additional swirl in my coffee? I didn't ask for extra anything. I've gone here daily for coffee and now I'm never going back because you are adding additional fees to my receipt that I'm unaware of. This is unacceptable for someone who goes there everyday. I will not be back. No wonder they never provide receipts.

Went thru drive-thru. Ordered peppermint mocha signature latte after a long wait in line. I get to the window wait another few minutes for them to give me the wrong drink order and I told them that wasn't what I ordered and instead of apologizing was told well that's what rung up again after another pause asked if I wanted the peppermint mocha.
