Blade Reviews
The sushi was great, so was the chicken. The fish with noodles wasn’t really my cup of tea. The portions are really small.
The sushi and nigiri were incredible. The omakase nigiri was particularly good. There were many options of hand roll sushi, sashimi, nigiri, and maki to choose from. The service is good and quite quick and at a beautiful hotel. Highly recommend!
The quality of the nigiri exceeded my expectations. They just melt in your mouth! We will definitely be back

Blade, located in a hotel, offers a nice ambiance and great service. The restaurant specializes in sushi items such as rolls, nigiri, and sashimi, which are served simply with soy sauce only. The fish and the rolls are very good, not spectacular, and the menu is limited to sushi dishes. The sashimi and nigiri are enjoyable, and the blue crab and shrimp tempura are both really good, with some guests craving the blue crab and avocado roll. The restaurant is calm, quiet, and provides a relaxing atmosphere, making it a good choice for a tasty dinner during a hotel stay. The staff, including America, contributes to the pleasant experience with friendly service and eagerness to please. The manager has offered excellent service in the past, such as providing free appetizers when an order was misplaced. While the food’s high price may not always match its overall quality, many find it worth the value. However, some guests experienced delays, with food taking over an hour to arrive, and some found the quality just fair. Overall, Blade is recommended for a relaxing sushi dinner, especially for those staying at the hotel.
