Every large-scale hotel has that one place that just isn’t up to par. This is it at the Fontainebleau. I had the shrimp Caesar salad which was very overpriced at $38. Shrimp had no seasoning and rest of salad was very bland. Daughter had chicken tenders and fries which were decent looking. Also, I get the idea behind the service charge in Miami, but all they do is call your name out to come pick up your food. Not sure how that’s “service” but in any event. The name of the place really describes it. It's fresh! I order a Cuban sandwich it was priced at $18 with tax . When I saw my food and how epic it tasted it was well worth the price . For a grab and go this is an ideal spot inside the hotel .
