Complete rip-off. Fancy name Squash Blossom Quesadilla, ends up being cheese quesadilla, no veggies at all.

The name of the place really describes it. It's fresh! I order a Cuban sandwich it was priced at $18 with tax . When I saw my food and how epic it tasted it was well worth the price . For a grab and go this is an ideal spot inside the hotel .

Spending my weekend getaway on Mid-Beach, I decided to embrace the trifecta of vacation priorities: a fresh haircut, a hearty meal, and some quality beach time. I strolled into the Hilton's Fountainbleu spa for a haircut - you know, to ensure my beach selfies would be on point. My hair magician wrapped things up in an hour, leaving me ready to rock. With a newfound coiffure, my stomach's protestations for sustenance became louder than the waves crashing on the shore. A quick rendezvous with my sun-kissed companion and we found ourselves at the bustling Fresh restaurant, a beacon of hope for our rumbling bellies.Amid the delightful chaos, we swiftly placed our orders. I summoned the authentic Greek salad, complete with the Olympic-level grilled chicken. The server arrived with an unsweetened iced tea so refreshing, it practically whispered, "Don't worry, you're on vacation."Now, I have to point out that this wasn't your average rabbit-food portion. This salad was like a beach party for my taste buds, and its heft kept me satisfied till the stars emerged in the evening sky. No, really, I was so full I could've moonlighted as a beach ball. So, if your vacation strategy involves squeezing every ounce of sun out of the day, with a timetable tighter than your pre-vacation work deadlines, then Fresh is your salvation. Amid the hustle and bustle, it's a tropical oasis for the famished souls yearning to refuel before they ride the waves or blissfully lounge by the shore. It's a culinary pit stop that's got your back when you're in a race against the sunset. In conclusion, if you're holed up at the Fountainbleu Hilton, sand-wishing to soak up those rays, and your stomach is echoing louder than the seagulls, march your flip-flops over to Fresh. Order the Greek salad and salute the grilled chicken for a job well done on your beachside escapade. Your belly and your vacation-self will thank you.

Every large-scale hotel has that one place that just isn’t up to par. This is it at the Fontainebleau. I had the shrimp Caesar salad which was very overpriced at $38. Shrimp had no seasoning and rest of salad was very bland. Daughter had chicken tenders and fries which were decent looking. Also, I get the idea behind the service charge in Miami, but all they do is call your name out to come pick up your food. Not sure how that’s “service” but in any event. Try the other places at this hotel instead.

Food took over 30 mins. My order was 1st. It's OK sometimes worth the wait. Well I was wrong. Nobody even apologized, cooks just looked annoyed. Chicken tender was so greasy my son took 1 bite and threw away. Po boy was not even close to a po boy. 3 of us took 1 bite each and threw away. My wings were slightly better than Walmart. Not a good thing. Spent around $75 and threw it away. Sad because yesterday evening in the same hotel the food was extremely delicious.

Very disappointed. I was initially excited that I found this place because I was looking for a good spot to grab a quick bite for breakfast. They have an egg sandwich on their menu here. But they charge $13 for this sandwich and they don't even use real eggs??!! That's absolutely pathetic and a huge rip-off!I'll find a better place for breakfast tomorrow, because any other restaurant would make a sandwich with real eggs.

There are many gourmet restaurants in this beautiful hotel but we liked to come from time to time in this fresh restaurant to do our detox, all the products are fresh and they are at will

Food was ok, though a bit slow. Couldn't accept cash because they were closing soon, (They weren't closed) not sure if that's common in the us.. but it's weird where I live. If you are open and usually take cash, you take cash. Wouldn't be rising back.

The hotel stay was amazing but honestly the person that made the trip worth it was Carlos. He was amazing, he helped me and my family out with our order and made sure we were taken care of. Thank you Carlos! Because of you, we will definitely be back!
