I won't call this place Puerto Rican, if I'm not mistaken it started out as Cuban and was taken over by Dominicans. The pork, the only thing I there, is fantastic with the citrus mojo and hot sauce.
After reading so many "the best pan con lechon" sandwich, I had to try this place. Today, I had a doctor's appointment near this place. It IS the best Pan Con Lechon in Miami and Zion, the Jamaican chef is THE man. This may not be a hipster spot but it is not to be missed. Cubans, Dominicans, Puerto Ricans, Jamicans all converge here. The "Flauta" is an entire Cuban loaf double stuffed with pork and onions feeds 4. We had leftovers because we ordered a small with no onion for Laurie. It's massive. Juicy, garlicky. Haunting.
