“Good service and excellent atmosphere. We visited the restaurant for the first time, the appetizers were raw, they were replenished along with the food. The food tasted good.I recommend always asking if what they offer is included in the price or is separate because our bill went up $18 due to “sides included”.“
“The staff was so nice and attentive. Certainly had a great variety to choose from. My food didn't take long to get served and everything was amazing. No lie a surprise because they had a good amount of customer's this day. Thank you El Bajareque for the little corner of home.“
“After much searching, we were able to locate the best Puerto Rican cuisine. We traveled from Fort Lauderdale to this location in Miami to give it a try, and I can assure you that the trip was worthwhile. Visit El Bori Food Truck if you're seeking for the ideal combination of care and culinary flavor.“
“I was on my way to Wynwood and wanted to get an appetizer before the fun began! I searched up empanadas on yelp and this was one of the few that caught my eye because it was Puerto Rican food truck. They had two food trucks set up side by side El Bori, and El Bori fries. It was located in a small parking lot, and had an overhang with tables and seating available to customers. Papas Supreme Fries were $6 It's French fries, topped with ground beef, cilantro-mayo, and spicy mayo. Empanadillas (Turnover) $4 Lasagna!! The lasagna empanada and papas supreme fries were my FAVORITE. 100/10. Yes you heard me correct. These two dishes were amazing! The meat and sauces on top of the fries were flavorful and enhanced the fries a lot. The prices were great because the portions were so big. I have never had a lasagna empanada but let me tell you I have been craving another one ever since I tried it. It was so unique, and the fried outside was crispy and flaky. I HIGHLY recommend these two dishes. I can't wait to go back and try there mofongo. Bolitas de Queso- $6 Mozzarella and chedder mix served with guava and garlic sauce. This menu item I did not enjoy. I thought there would be a cheese pull and when I bit into it the cheese wasn't really melted and the flavors were off with the item. The lasagna and fries out weighted the bolitas de queso which is why I'm giving them a 5 star. The staff was great, and walked over to us to check how everything was, and the food was freshly cooked.“
“Was there today at lunch . Me and wife started with alcapurias....food is delicious. Expect a bit of wait....but it's worth it. Service was good, and wish I had tipped more, beyond avg.ALSO! I edited this review, and I want to applaud the owner who stood up for his/her employees...bravo! Many reviews criticize the time, location, vegan options, seasoning if food, older persons with diabetes! This is all nonsense. The food is delicious, well seasoned, service is good, and yes, I expect to wait because it is fresh(except rice probably). Thank you AyBendito, "keep on truckin".“
“Please look for Katerin!!! She is all super star to make you feel truly appreciated and at home. She made my breakfast dinner first meal at 5pm the best one all week. Please check her out!! The manager is also super amazing (truly Puertorican hospitality)“
“This restaurant has the most exquisite Pasteles Surullito de Mais,Arroz con Gandules and more. Everything they made it from pure Puerto Rican style and Ingredients. I’ve been in Miami for 40 years and I have tried all kinds of Puertorican restaurants in Miami , And this one is the The only one that I have felt that when I eat, I have the taste of Puerto Rico. The staff are very accommodated. A great place to eat.“
“Ese restaurante y lechonería ha sido un lugar muy especial para nosotros como familia y como antiguos empleados del Winn Dixie desde el año 1987 que llegué a la zona de Allapattah, y ahora cuando viajamos desde Alabama no dejamos de saborear lo que es el mejor pan con lechón de Miami! Y los dueños son súper amables con el público. Dios los siga bendiciendo“
“Every time I come to this place, it’s always on point with food and service. The food is so amazing, since we no longer live in miami, when we do go down this is the place we love to go. Never disappointments me. The flavor of puerprican food.“
“A little pricey- about $50pp. This is a plate of food, 2 beers, and a soda for 2 people service charge was also already included. Small tables outside. Very small restaurant inside. May not be able to accommodate large parties. Parking is a HUGE issue and may be expensive after 9pm on the weekends. Staff is helpful and always attentive. Food is authentic and VERY GOOD!“
