I am seldom as critical of a place, but I have to say that I don't think I'll return. The only reason it's getting two stars is because the workers were very friendly. I guess they must not refresh their pastries throughout the day because it was later in the day, around 4 o'clock, and I picked up some pastries to take to a friend's house. Our go to place for pastelitos and café con leche. I prefer this place more so than any other. The food here is always fresh, hot bread in the morning is the best! They are always fully stocked and my favorite is they make cafe con leche with almond milk!The size of their pastries is huge compared to other places and all for a great prices. The ladies that work here are kind and fast!

7:30am and $37 later. You walk through the door and hear a "buenos días" which is nice. I went specifically for the Cuban bread and ended getting a box of assorted pastelitos as well. We all know that feeling of grabbing a fresh, warm, super soft Cuban bread. I didn't get that at all. I don't know what changed, but the Cuban bread was NOT warm, and NOT soft. The pastelitos de queso barely had cheese in them and the others were eh. Disappointed.
