I did not get her name but she was working the first drive thru window at lunchtime when I went thru there, I was having an issue with my card and this young lady was very patient, very polite, and did something she did not have to do but I was thankful she did.. “Finally made it to Funnel Feasts (with Feasts of Persia at Union Hall)! I chose the s’more funnel cake and it was delicious. The staff and customer service were absolutely incredible. They would’ve been great for a restaurant but for a food truck they were really outstanding. They took the time to explain their menu to us and give recommendations. They even came out to check on things after we had been eating for a while. Everything tasted fresh and ingredients were good quality. I think the prices were very fair too. Definitely recommend checking them out if you get the opportunity!“
“Ordered takeout. Let them know we were there but had to call them back as they forgot we were waiting. Anyway the food was really good. It always is from this Applebee's. We ate inside the other day and it was fantastic. Staff were great and the food was great as always. Enjoy!“
“Decent food, service and salad bar.Associated rant:Honestly I would have likely have only given this place 3 stars a couple of years ago, just because nothing was great. However, both service and food quality everywhere has gone down over the last several years and prices have gone up. Now, without any extraordinary efforts, establishment where people actually do there job are above average.“
“The food and drinks were amazing! We ordered a burger, the catfish dinners, and an appetizer with these chips and BBQ pork on them, and they were phenomenal! Not to mention, our bartender Barry was pretty great with his dry sense of humor and great attention to detail. The owner, Carrie, came out and spoke with our group and showed us the place, and shared all the history of the building. They helped save this building from being torn down it's one of the oldest two story buildings left in Bartow. Definitely recommend!“
“Hitchin' Post is legit. Don't let the outside fool you - this restaurant has delicious food, fairly priced, expeditious service, and a very relaxed vibe. Food is always consistent, hot, and fresh. Waitresses always make you feel taken care of without being overbearing. I love this place.“
“Overall I'd give this place a 5 if the service wasn't so poor. It's slow and inefficient, with frequent forgetting of items.The food however is delicious and extremely cheap. Think McDonald's cheap but even cheaper. The quality is good and portions are great. We spent about $10/pp and left full.The overall dining area is clean as well as restroom. Parking is easy.Really wish I could give it a 5 but the wait time to even get the check is crazy. Took almost 15 minutes of standing at the counter in front of 3 waitresses to just pay the bill and leave.I'll come back some time and hopefully can bump this to a 5. “I love Hardee’s for breakfast and lunch! The platter for breakfast just can’t be beat! For lunch, my go to is the mushroom Swiss burger. 1/3 pound is bigger than a 1/4 just fyi. And most importantly is the amazing staff! Always cheerful and fast!“
