“Amazing food and amazing service! Lots of options for everyone to choose from. They have delicious pho and bahn mi, empanadas, burgers, fruit bowls, smoothies.. the perfect place to get a small bite or a full meal. The family that owns it is extremely welcoming and kind and you can tell they appreciate everyone who gives them business:) I came in for some pho because I’m pretty sick and she cut up a fresh orange for me and delivered it to my table! It’s not often that people show random acts of kindness like that and I just felt extremely cared for. “We just got back from this fine establishment. Whenever we need a pick me up this is our spot. This specialty tea shop offers sweet, non sweet teas in a large variety of flavors. Teas ranging from peach to blueberry and raspberry are offered. The water and ice cubes are subject to reverse osmosis and are absolutely pure. Cups are provided for taste testing so the right individual tea can be found for each patron. In the afternoon from 2-4 o’clock is happy hour with very substantial savings on purchases. All service representatives are extremely polite and courteous. The bathrooms if needed are spotless. Large quantities of filtered water are available for purchase. The company originated in Texas and we are lucky in the greater Lakeland Florida area to have it here. I will be sitting here for awhile enjoying my large wonderfully natural flavored tea! Wonderful specialty tea store and I couldn’t recommend it more!!“
“Loved the vibes here!!! They have cozy and eclectic decor inside and seating outside. The staff was SUPER nice and were welcoming. We were a group of 6 and everyone enjoyed their coffee! We had one person score their coffee a 7/10 and that's along because they wished they would've gotten more sweetener. They have A LOT of flavor options for your coffee. I will say, I'm personally not a fan of buddy brew coffee and that is what they serve here. However, I very much enjoyed my drink. Maybe hill crest does something different with the coffee! I will be back!“

“Strong recommendation for Concord Coffee. They have seasonal selections and a simple menu. Laid back atmosphere. I will be back when in town. I Would visit this place over Starbucks anyday. I had the PB&J overnight oats. It was simple tasty and just right. My coffee was the Pistachio Rose Latte and it was very good. We came on a peaceful Sunday morning. If you haven't been here yet, you should give it a try.“

“I had what may have been one of the best sandwiches in my life today, and absolutely the best sandwich I've ever had in lakeland, at the Black and Brew on Lake Morton. I got the club and took the chance of substituting gluten-free bread, which I usually don't like at all. But it really worked with the sandwich, and there was just such an explosion of other flavors that it's hard to describe. “Don't recommend going in the morning unless you order online first otherwise you'll likely just be standing there for a while waiting on a staff member to appear to take your order. I've been a few times in the morning (around 8am) & ended up having to leave bc I waited at the counter so long without anyone appearing. Acai bowls are good, but service is blah. Seems like they're frequently understaffed, which is unfortunate.“

“I was in my car from the nearby hospital where I work and googled coffee shop and found this little gem. My chai and baked goodies that I got were delish. The cake pop was great and decorated beautifully but the cone was stale and soggy. I would give 5 stars but due to the phone, stale cone and lack of sugar substitute options (they only had Splenda) I could only give 4 stars for effort. The chai latte was frothy and just like I wanted so that alone gets 5 stars, except not having stevia or other options. the other baked goods I got such as the chocolate zucchini cake and banana cake with the cute deco on it were great. Talented owner. But need a business number for those who search in Google on the fly!“

“At one point I had given up on getting coffee from Starbucks but The baristas at this location has made me believe I can still get a good starbies drinks.I've been 3 days in a row and not once have ice gotten a bad drink.One of the girls recommended the new matcha cold foam drink so I got it and it honestly tasted amazing! I love chai but never thought to mix matcha but the flavors blend so well it might be my new favorite drink. The inside is very clean and it's a great work space.“
“The food always meets corporate standards. I'm addicted to skinny iced lattes. Many of the local roasteries don't carry skim milk so I may be a forever fan, despite their higher price. I enjoy the spinach breakfast wrap but many Starbucks are out of it regularly. Just tried the egg bites--which were tasty but not worth $5 (for 2). This parking lot is a bit difficult to get in the drive-thru queue, requiring twice around the building and departing into a busy traffic light back up. But when you're hooked, you're hooked!“
