This place is horrible! The machine malfunctioned and damaged my car. And the will not do nothing to help you repair something that went wrong by their equipment! Also bad customer service! I canceled 2 memberships.
Don’t waste your time with a membership unless you enjoy wasting your time. The machines never read the license plate and you have to wait for staff to come out. They got new machines, still do not work. So many more choices out there.

Undercarriage wash is never on.
I paid for gold wash monthly pass which includes undercarriage wash . The undercarriage is where all the rust starts from winter salt.
Check your undercarriage when you pull out of the car wash . I checked mine multiple times in their parking lot after pulling out of the wash and it’s still dirty and covered in salt and strangely enough completely dry .
