“Best steamed fish in south Florida. You tell the chef how you want it and get it better than you expected. The boss lady is so pleasant and down to earth. Most of all the place feels like home. I stayed there for 3 hrs after I was done eating. Thanks guys I will be there every week“
“This place is busy but the patties are delicious and the best I've found so far in Broward. The ackee patties are what I go for and not sure if you can find them any place else. The cheesy beef patties are to die for. If you want authentic delicious Jamaican patties, this is your place.“
“This place is a hidden gem. They have some the best Haitian quick snacks available. My go to is Paté Kode. This type of paté is such amazing hearty and filling breakfast meal. . They have regular paté that comes in 3 different flavors (fish, chicken and beef). I also really like the drink called AK100. You can get it hot or cold. Very delicious. They have Haitian bread and Haitian cookies. Now be aware the lines are loooonggg. To avoid the lines go when it's raining. You know Floridians are afraid of water. Lol. Definitely go check them out. Even with long lines I will still go visit them because they are worth it.“
“When it comes to Haitian bread and pastry, BBB really stands by its name. One negative is the fact that the location seems too small to serve such a big clientele. The wait time can be a turndown even with pre-orders. But the products are great and there are some great staff working there. I would definitely encourage everyone to go try their products.“
“I knew I wanted to go to Archibald's since they opened. Their social media makes it look like such a fun and delicious place to stop in for a coffee or a sweet treat! And lemme tell you--all my expectations were exceeded handily from the moment I walked in the door. I was greeted warmly by the owner, Chris, and couldn't wait to order my oat milk latte. They served it in a 16oz size, which was PERFECT for my perhaps worrisome reliance on caffeine. It was strong and delicious, just the way I LOVE it. The music and the setting were outstanding. I couldn't help singing along with the playlists piping through their cozy outdoor seating area and several little birds and neighborhood pups made the experience that much more enjoyable. Chris would deliver orders to the seating area and his warmth and hospitality made this THE place to be, especially on an overcast Sunday morning. I loved the pumpkin spice scone and the quiche was BEAUTIFUL, especially with that gluten-free crust. I try to limit that consumption as much as I can though I have to admit--baked goods are my kryptonite. All in all, an incredible experience. I look forward to returning when I'm back in Ft. Lauderdale. And when I come, I'll be sure to bring my souvenir mug--they'll fill it with drip coffee for only a DOLLA'! Thank you, Archibald's, for a perfect start to what I'm sure will be a splendid day. Y'all are awesome.“
“We visited Wicked Bread today for the first time after seeing it on Instagram. We drove about an hour and 20 minutes to get there and it was so worth it. The bread is the best cinnamon bread we have ever had! Dollywood in Pigeon Forge is very famous for their cinnamon bread and I love theirs but Wicked Bread is far more delicious. We can’t wait to bring some family back in a few weeks! And the decor is awesome!!!“
“Have been here twice and both times the coffee, the service and the pastries were phenomenal! Nice people, great coffee and food, and very relaxing atmosphere. Perfect for a coffee date or if you’re just in need of some caffeine and pastry!“
“You may have to wait a minute or two because they're busy seating/attending to the eat in customers, but they're very polite with service once they get to you. Nice regular I spoke to also who mentioned they have a card you can get punched for $30. Their pork was great. Their quatro Leche was really good. First time trying that. Loved their food as left overs as well. Definitely recommend.“
