“We used Dana/La Paella chef for our wedding catering. Dana exceeded our expectations. Not only was the food high quality and great value, the service was very friendly and the practicalities involved were executed swiftly and precisely. Her husband, Peter, set up an amazing bar. The centre piece of which was Sangria. It looked stunning. If you are in our area then don’t waste your money on expensive hotels, hire a venue and draft Dana in to look after your catering needs. I have been to Spain many times and much of the paella I’ve had in Barcelona or Madrid doesn’t compare to this. This is real paella cooed with love from a Spaniard. It doesn’t get any better. The owner (who was super sweet and attentive by the way) was not lying when she said she doesn’t have competition and knows we’ll be back. We decided to eat there and she checked on us multiple times and made friendly conversation. She for sure has regulars.. there were several people who came to pick up food and she greeted each of them warmly and remembered each and every one. And you can tell it was genuine. It’s a food truck so there is limited outdoor seating but plenty of parking. We will 100% be back and in the very near future. Oh and did I mention it’s a woman owned business?? We love to see a queen doing the damn thing!“

Mark did a very thorough run-through with the couple at the venue beforehand. The menu choices are extensive but don't worry, every item they made for us was as good if not better than the way it sounds on the menu. They arrived early and were so friendly right off the bat it felt like we had worked with them for years. “We hired Culinary Artz for our wedding of about 50 guests. We are foodies and wanted our reception to focus on the menu and Michael and his team did not disappoint!! Everything tasted phenomenal! We had a cocktail style reception, with passed hors d'oeuvres, followed by a variety of stations including a pasta station, Oyster, Carving and Slider station! Each station was amazing! Guests raved about the food all night! My uncle pulled me aside and told me that the food was "hands down better than any wedding he had ever been to and even better than most restaurants." Michael was extremely communicative throughout the entire process. He was very hands on and directly involved even in the early planning stages. He provided the table and chair rentals along with the linens and had options for the Arch, pool coverings and tents. Culinary Artz will be able to assist with all of your wedding planning needs. His staff was friendly and extremely professional. 100 out of 10 and would recommend for all occasions! Many catering companies pump out several events in an evening and the food is sub bar. This is not the case with Culinary Arts, Michael is the Executive Chef and owner of Culinary Arts and he is personally involved in each event from day 1 of the booking all the way to the execution. He makes everything from scratch with fresh ingredients and You can tell he is passionate about what he does and the food / menu will speak for itself.“

“Based on a recommendation from a friend, I stopped by Lenore Nolan-Ryan's office and event space to discuss with her how she might cater a cocktail party for 20 people I was gong to have in my apartment. We discussed the hors d'oeuvres options she offers on her website, how she determines the quantity to prepare, and the pricing. Lenore also provides staffing, which for my party for 20 people consisted of one walk-around server and one bartender. I chose to provide my own wine, spirits, and glassware. Lenore and her associate came over to my apartment for a site-visit to determine where best to locate the staging area, the bar, and placement of the hors d'oeuvres that would not be walked around by the server, and they made additional helpful recommendations based on their years of catering experience. One hour before the start time for the cocktail party, the staff arrived and set up everything. I could not have been more pleased ! All the hors d'oeuvres looked spectacular and, most importantly, tasted absolutely delicious! The catered food was a great success ! After the party, the staff completed a total clean-up of the food and bar areas and packaged the leftover hors d'oeuvres for keeping in my refrigerator. In sum, I had an stress-free party that all my guests enjoyed, with most of the credit for the success going to the catered food and service provided by Lenore Nolan-Ryan ! I give the highest recommendation I can !“
