The service is decent and every person that walks past your table carries a pot of coffee when not delivering food. And, that brings me to the one complaint that I have.... the coffee is lousy! Please, please, please get different beans. The prices have gone up recently but it's still worth it. 4 stars only for the coffee“

“2pm on a Sunday in April and we were seated immediately with fantastic waterside seating. Didn't catch our server's name, but she was knowledgeable, friendly and had great timing. For food, we ordered: boom boom shrimp, a crab cake, street corn, the red gulf grouper with cheese grits & the Atlantic grouper with beans and rice. For drinks: Peach Sangria and Blue Lightning. Every single bite and sip was heaven. Fish was fresh, flavorful and cooked perfectly. Definitely come back here again and definitely would recommend.“

The filet mignon was wonderfully tender and tasted absolutely delicious!! Unfortunately, the meat was quite oversalted and my wife's lobster was quite heavily peppered. The salad was one of the best I ate during our stay in the USA. The service was good and attentive. It's a shame that the chef went overboard with the spices. That's why only 4 stars!“

“I have been to E&E multiple times. My mom loves to go when she comes in. This time however, was disappointing. They had changed up the menu, the tacos were the best thing they had for lunch. The chicken on the salad for the lunch special was particularly bland. I had the Bellaire chicken, and it was so greasy, I felt like I was on an episode of The Trailer Park boys. They also started charging per person for the no longer complimentary bread and oil. All in all, E&E did not live up to the hype we have given it in years past.Kid-friendliness: They had a kid menu, and I did take my 2.5 year old son, however I wouldn’t call it kid friendly.“

“I’ve been seeing the gateway subs guys on instagram and realized the Pasadena location was on my way home yesterday. I ordered online. Their website allows you to order and customize your meal very well. It was easy to place and pay for the order online. I swung by on my way home and my order was done 10 min early. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I’m so glad I saw them on IG because it’s in a strip mall and I might not have noticed it otherwise. It’s just on the east side of the Corey Ave bridge so it’s very convenient for people coming or going to the beach. Oh…and the sandwiches were GREAT!“

The food can be hit or miss, I would stick to diner classics, the French toast and pancakes are pretty good.I wasn’t crazy about the Benedict. This time I ordered the key lime blt with mahi and with potato salad and it was alright. The sourdough bread was good but I got a really weird piece for one of the half’s. Potato salad was average. Come here for the good vibes and people and ask for a recommendation on what to order.“

“Suzi’s is Satisfying Suzi’s is a popular breakfast/lunch restaurant. The place is clean, the servers are efficient and nice and the prices are fair. We were there for breakfast and I had the scrambled eggs with French toast and link sausage. I appreciate French toast that is properly cooked and isn’t soggy in the middle and this was just right. My wife had the Spanish omelet which was large and tasty. The coffee was good and hot. Nice place and we’ll return.“

Their menu is huge - they have something for everyone. Everything is done perfectly. Our young kids love it as well. Definitely a place for a date night or family night. Tonight was the first night we ever had an “issue”. It was our online order- it didn’t make it back to the kitchen. 4 different staff members and the manager immediately jumped on it. “I personally wrote mgmt about how amazing Starlite was with and for us for our wedding day just this past Saturday! Initially guided by Teresa and Leslie who were spot on organized and made life easy for us, we were then handed over to Ted for coordinating and to be our personal assistant. Ted was phenomenal!!!!! He cared about every detail along with us. Ted made sure that he was not only in the initial planning stage but lived it with us! Being there on our wedding day, Ted made sure that everything we put down on our itinery was met 100%. Starlite gets 5 stars for providing great services and a great staff. Ted gets 5 starts for getting it done, hands on and again, leading the way all the way through till the end. Stephanie, the DJ, was so awesome!! Easy to work with and so pumped the crowd up. She wanted to make the party rock, which it did! Everyone who flew in from around the country for a weekend in St. Pete for the wedding, are saying it was the best wedding they went to because it was "an experience" on a yacht, tour, great service, great staff, great experience. Our social media clips etc have 1,000s of views because of the presentation and live action onboard. I highly recommend having you event here. “I just got back from a weekend stay at the Dewey where my mother hosted my bridal shower and I couldn’t have imagined a more perfect venue.We had the shower in the STUNNING courtyard area which was just lovely (we’re getting married in Italy and the vibes of the vines, gas lanterns and waterfall made us all feel like we were already in Tuscany!!) - the staff went above and beyond to help my mom and sister set up the tables just how they envisioned. Each guest could barely make it through the door without being greeted with a smile and asked what they would like to drink, we had soooo many compliments on how fabulous the staffs service was.Following the shower we went to the rooftop to enjoy sunset and WOW what a hidden gem this spot was. Erika the bartender went above and beyond to make sure every guest had the drink they wanted, they even reserved a whole area for our party to sit.We were lucky to book a room over this busy Easter weekend as well, we had a beautiful two bed 2 bath suite which exceeded my expectations - it was HUGE! And just one block from the beach!Cannot thank Dan, Ann and the whole staff enough for accommodating the most beautiful weekend. We will 100000% be back and hope to host another event very soon there!“
