“Went through the drive thru, there was a long line, and it moved fast. They misheard my coffee order, and the associate personally apologized, for which there was no need, but it was a nice touch. This was my first time at this store! Will definitely go back!“
“Drinks are exactly what I order just have issues with getting the wrong donuts multiple times. First time we asked for a new donut because the employee had thrown it into the bag upside down and the frosting stuck to the bag, when we get a new one it was the wrong kind but we were in a hurry so we just accepted it and left. Other times donuts have been wrong flavor even though I ordered through the app.“
“I stopped going to this Dunkin' location after drinking bad coffee. That was years ago. I visited again today to give it another try. I'm happy to report that their coffee making skills have improved (coffee pot probably cleaner too). The staff were helpful and efficient. The bathroom is clean. The egg/sausage sandwich I ordered was good. I'm now planning on installing their rewards app for my upcoming trips in the near future!“
