“Came for a couple drinks and food for my family on Christmas day. Was served very quickly and the young man at the drive thru window was very pleasant!! He did not get upset with me when I brought up that we had missing items, and was quick to fix it with a smile on his face. I did not see a name tag, but kudos to the entire staff at this Dunkin'!“

“Let's start to say that Troy and Omar have such a graceful customer service skills. My wife, four daughters and myself had a nice experience here. “I must say that, though this location is a little bit out-of-the-way for me, sometimes I plan to have extra time so I could stop in to grab my favorite food and drink from this location. There is so much consistency at this location, It brings me back. My breakfast sandwich is always made to perfection, the way I requested. My coffee is always consistent and has the same great taste every single time. There is too much inconsistency in other locations but this one always gets it right. The staff is always friendly and the location is always clean. Being in the restaurant industry, I value when places, take the time to give the guest what they want, what they need, and are consistent with great food quality!“

“The service was not the best here because I was charged twice, because that initially given me the wrong order and the girl who initially served me said she was going to give me a refund and then charge me for the correct item. But instead she charged me for the correct that item but never gave me a refund for the previous item that they took back from me“

Good friendly service, no issues with orders, music is loud, a mix of stuff like Jack Barlow, Todd Rungren, etc. Today (Wednesday, 1/24/24, 8:30-10:30 am) patrons inside were a lot of people in their 20s-40s meeting up, one mom with young children; a couple people like me reading or scrolling their phones. The tables never got crowded. Drive through was steadily busy, as was the counter. And I noticed a lot of smiles between staff and patrons. It’s a healthy business.The team on deck worked very well together today.If you want to get out and sip your cold brew in an uncrowded clean Dunkin this place is good enough.“

“There are a lot of dunkins in the state of Florida but this one has stood out in the best ways. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the smiling faces at the front, and although the drive thru was busy as it always is at 8 in the morning the only chaos was coming outside the window at the customers waiting for their joe. Christina took my order and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. The food was great and HOT just like you would want. You can tell the store is very well managed and while I was there can also tell they are getting a little face lift. So if you are coming to dunkin and you're in Orlando. I would say that Dunkin' is best known for their donuts (though if you would like, you can spell it doughnuts) and coffee, though my go-to here is neither. My usual order at a Dunkin' is probably their bagels with cream cheese. While I would never say that Dunkin' has the best bagels with cream cheese (I grew up in New Jersey and I know great bagels), they are pretty good, especially when you consider that the bagels are coming from a global chain.I have often used Dunkin' (or if you prefer, Dunkin' Donuts) as a co-conspirator in bringing a culinary bribe of coffee and donuts to early morning meetings. There is nothing like some coffee and donuts to help inspire a bit more attention and maybe the wisp of a smile upon the tired faces of the various teams that I am meeting with.This particular Dunkin' is located on the UCF campus and obviously serves the university, both students and faculty. It is not big, but is bright and cheerful. Whatever you choose to go with, you cannot go wrong with anything that you order at Dunkin'. “I thought it was pretty alright! The bathroom was clean. The maple donut was nice and tasty. Walmart has better donuts though. Fresh. Not stale. Convenient location. Good pricing. Clean dining areas. Smaller size. Coffee pumps available to see. Quick service. Equipped with a Fire extinguisher No AED in sight though.Parking: Very small parking lot. It's hard to get in and out of the lot. Drive thru is blocking most of the parking spots.“

“When I got there most of the inventory was empty. Even the hazelnut for coffee. Now I'm sure this doesn't happen often but they should be constantly pushing out fresh donuts and ordering ingredients they need before they need them. So that's on them. Otherwise they have 3 nice 1 person chairs that are quote comfortable and share a coffee table by the window. And there is not much space within the restaurant for ordering so when the line is long its hard to get in or out or get to a table.Vegetarian options: My vegan mother enjoys going to dunkin donuts and she gets various things so I'm sure there's more options or special requests that can be made“

Place was clean but the owners definitely should have the outdoor windows cleaned. They looked as if someone threw a drink at each one.The employees were great. They were out of what I ordered and offered substitutes. The interior was super clean. Will def revisit if I am in this area. Quickest service of almost every Dunkin I have been to.“

“DJ & MELISSA turned my morning around.I ordered boxed coffee from the app for everyone at work. When I arrived I was informed they didn’t have any boxes to make the boxed coffee. To add to the frustration I signed in as a guest under the Dunkin app and had no way to see my receipt to get my refund easily through the app.DJ saw my frustration and quickly figured out hot to refund my card right there at the store. “i can’t give too big of a review because i’ve only ever placed a mobile order pick up and was on my way. But out of all my mobile pick ups, there have been a couple times where I waited so long for the order and I was the only one if not the 3rd person in the drive through. However, I still go because I love my wraps and my coffee.“
