Cast members were great. Emily was our server and did a fantastic job. She's the reason my review is 4 star and not 3. I had high hopes based on my wife's excitement from her previous visits. The selection is immense. There's something for everyone -and then some.

An Amazing Experience
Boma – Flavors of Africa was an incredible dining experience. I absolutely loved the great variety of food, with so many delicious options and beautifully presented dishes.
The opening presentation was lively, entertaining, and perfectly themed, setting the tone for a truly memorable experience from the very beginning.

Boma - Flavors of Africa offers an exceptional dining experience with a large buffet featuring a variety of delicious foods. Designed to look like an African market, the restaurant creates a unique and fun atmosphere. The buffet is set up with different stations, including proteins, salads, soups, and desserts, allowing guests to try a little of everything. The breakfast is especially popular, with loads of options from oatmeal to bacon and eggs, as well as traditional dishes, Mickey Waffles, pancakes, and granola bowls. The seafood stew remains excellent, with lots of seafood and vegetables in a light broth. The Yassa Style Salmon is flavorful and moist, covered with a special blend of spices. There are also many flavorful veggie dishes and a great selection of desserts, including amazing bread pudding, cookies, pie cups with apple raisin compote, and treats filled with mousses.
