“Amazing place, Daniela gave exceptional service and even worked with us to split the tab after we had told her differently in the beginning. She was amazing waitress and the food is so good. Decent price, live band that was top notch. Highly recommend.“

“The food while good was egregiously priced. $48 for penne à la vodka with no protein is unconscionable. $165 for veal Parmigiana is a joke. $64 for a dozen east coast oysters is laughable. I never thought I would look forward to paying carbone prices for good enough Italian food. To be fair, the service was excellent, and the ambience very nice. That said, We will wait for these guys to open sfoglina before patronizing their business again, and for now will continue to drive to Broward for proper Italian.“
“Extremely relaxed vibe and decor. Had no idea this place existed till last year and it’s been a nice little gem since. The rotating beers on draft are extremely creative with the flavor profiles and branding. Outside of the average night, I visited twice before during a Smash Bros. Tournament and a UFC fight night and the place was packed but every order and customer including myself were attended to with absolutely no wait and incredible and honest service. If you have a taste for unique sours and IPAs, definitely give Spanish Marie a try and hopefully the bartender Chrystian will be there to give you his great recommendations!“

“MintyZ is an all vegan dim sum and Asian restaurant. I had their Forest Omakase which is an 8 course tasting menu. You won't leave hungry. The tasty menu began with kimchi which was spicy and crunchy cauliflower. Loved the cantaloupe Tartare with Rice Crackers. If I knew I was gonna to die tomorrow, I would have the cantaloupe Tartare asy last meal. It's sublime. The other tastes included the Cuban corn wontons, prosperity Gyoza and massaman curry noodles. I literally am so full and so happy ?“

“Amazing food. I love the restaurants. Must have reservations because they are always full. The restaurant is small and noisy and it's hard to talk. It's sort of in the lobby of a hotel and there can be some improvements in that department. The food is creative and delicious and we love coming back.“

“The food was good, though the venison was not very tasty. Our server probably was not in a good mood as he never smiled and seemed to be doing a chore. He asked for our son's ID, which he wasn't carrying, whether to bring him a wine glass. He left our table saying something we couldn't hear. We realised he said they he wouldn't bring him a glass when he didn't bring him a glass...“

“Food was OK. A little too greasy for my like, there is room for improvement. Tostones were quickly brought, half cook. The rest, not bad.Robert, the server, was zero accommodating, i requested for something and he said it was too big, then wanted noodles and he couldnt help me with my order***The rudest thing: as soon as we finished, he told us the total $45 without even letting us swallow the last bit or printing the check. We had to request him to print it and leave the table because we weren’t finished yet.“

“This place is amazing! Wonderful entertainment and the food is superb. Think Chinese/asian meets Cuban. We had The papas bravas, crispy gyozas and Octopus (btw the octopus was OUT OF THIS WORLD - think egg foo young from a Chinese restaurant, but octopus - this dish was by far my favorite and blew me away from a creativity standpoint)For main, I had the Sea Bass, perfectly cooked and the avocado poblano puree was such a nice touch. My husband had the seafood fried rice and it too was amazing! My only critique is that the wait staff is spread a little thin and so service is not as attentive as I think it should be for the prices you are paying, but this is a unique and amazing experience, we will definitely be back“
“Dom’s has quickly become one of my favorite cocktail bars in Brickell. There are so many different bars in this area and I find myself coming back for the amazing drinks by Frankie and the lovely ambiance. Can’t wait to bring more friends here for HH soon!“

“I had the pleasure of visiting John Martin's Pub and Restaurant in the city of Coral Gables on St. Patrick's Day. It was an incredible experience. From the moment we walked in, the lively ambiance, complete with a DJ and awesome music, set the perfect tone for the afternoon. The restaurant was bustling with people, and there was a festival happening outside in the street, with John Martin's as one of the main sponsors.Despite the crowd, we were seated promptly and handed the menus. Our appetizers, chicken with sesame seeds and the irish nachos were simply delicious. For our main course , we opted for the Fish and Chips accompanied by fries. Our waitress was exceptional, ensuring that we were well taken car of throughout the afternoon, despite the busy atmosphere.I appreciated the option of both indoor and outdoor seating, providing flexibility for my guests. Additionally, the availability of valet parking or street parking was convenient.I am planning to return and bring my friends and family, it's a fantastic place where you can truly feel like family.Highly recommend!Parking: Valet was $12.00 for the first 4 hours.“

“I can hardly think of many restaurants that would match this place’s level of food quality, exquisite flavor, feel-good ambiance and family-like service. This place sets a superlative precedent for any other restaurant in Miami. The food is honestly and hands down the finest selection of Peruvian cuisine and prepared with so much care and joy. Don’t get me started on the staff! Jesus, Eduardo, Gustavo and the manager Andreina, make the place so much more welcoming than it already and inherently is. You can tell they are treated right, they love their job and they do it with so much joy and passion, which is something anyone can hardly say about other restaurants in Miami, let alone in the U.S.! My wife and I never get tired of this place and we are glad to be part of the Dr. Limon family of regulars. Chef Carlos “Dr. Limon” Brescia has our utmost respect, not only as a man of the culinary arts, but as a businessman and leader, who treats his people the way they should be treated. Kudos to all the Dr. Limon family and we look forward to seeing you for the 100th time and beyond for many more years to come!“
“How can I start??? As a Cuban, we love to dance and have good time. My husband and I were visiting family and friends in Miami. So, a friend recommended to come to this nightclub. We went to this club with a group of 10 friends and got a VIP table and the service was excellent. The music was lit and the DJ really knows how to keep the party going until 5am.“

“I love this cigar lounge located in the heart of Coral Gables it is located just across the street from Graziano's Market. The venue is super clean + the servers are friendly! The humidor is good sized and the servers + cigar sellers are knowledgeable + helpful. I love the atmosphere - it just radiates with good vibes. You have the option of smoking indoors or outdoors. I will say, I do not know how they do it but the venue does not smell like smoke even though people are smoking inside. The venue is ample yet cozy. They sometimes have a live musician or DJ. They also have good choices of drinks.“

“First, I want to say that the service was wonderful! Which is not very common in Miami anymore, our server was very knowledgeable about the menu, and the suggestions he gave us were perfect. We ordered fish and shrimp ceviche, Jalea and Tallarines with churrasco, everything was delicious! I was surprised that they had crème brûlée and a house-made beer, both of which tasted incredible. I congratulate you, it shows that you put love into it and I hope to return soon.“

“Small bar with big feels! love the art and vibe in here. it’s not the biggest bar but the people working there are very friendly. there’s a small seating area at the actual bar, small tables infront of the stage and an outdoor area with more seating and a sweet taco, burrito, quesadilla joint outside.the beer selection isn’t really traditional beers, it’s a lot of IPAs and home brewed beers. we saw a cool band come up and definitely sign and play with some soul. they had a country flare to them and they did some cool mashups of modern day songs.all in all the vibe is great in there and you can listen to great music drinking great beer and trip out on the skeleton animatronic they have! hahah!“

“Fantastic treat of a restaurant and absolutely worth visiting. We all enjoyed a lovely dinner. We started with the caprese salad, and we were off to an amazing start. That was the freshest mozzarella and the perfect amount of balsamic vinegar. The Gaberetti Scottati was delicious with just the right pepper bite. Finally, the Jholani Loves Fig flat bread was a perfect balance of sweet and salty. All in all, this was a delightful meal at a very reasonable price. I will be back.“

“I LOVE Miami's Best Pizza. Been eating it since the late 1970s. I don't think it tastes quite the same as when they were in their original location. The crust has gotten thinner (I prefer it thicker, chewier like it was), and the pizzas have gotten smaller :/ #thankspandemicinflation. The taste is still amazing but . . . the consistency is also off. Sometimes it's just too dark, burnt spots on the bottom. IDK I think if you go too early, the ovens are still too hot? #speculation ANYHOW. I LOVE it. It tastes amazing regardless. The Staff is friendly and it feels like the old place with the arch and the window and the color scheme. If it didn't make me fat, I'd eat it all the time. Mmmmmm pepperoni pizza grease! The garlic pizza cut in squares is the bomb!Parking: Drive past and pull in on the right for free parking (spaces are marked ("Miami's Best Parking Space")“
“Amazing cigar and whiskey lounge in Brickell. Huge selection of cigars and everything from soda to mixed drinks to a giant wall of whiskey/scotch/bourbon. Very knowledgeable for both the cigars and liquor. Great ventilation for even non smokers to go enjoy. Got an opus x dominican cigar and from recommendation got the dalmore wood reserve single malt. Both fantastic!“

“Oh this is the place to be right here. I fell in love with their grilled chicken sandwich and wings. The place is very well hidden in the back of the building which is why they probably call it a hold in the wall because it really is. Service is pretty nice with very patient staff cause I definitely didn't know what to choose cause i wanted everything on the menu just bout lol. “One of the original south Dade county dive bars with the best chicken wings. Unfortunately haven’t been in years (long story) but great burgers and for sure wings. “A Miami gem! A whirlpool of characters and vibes gathered for one collective purpose: to forget the outside world. Treat the bartenders well, they are friendly and will look out for you! Particularly a fan of karaoke on Tuesdays and Fridays. Personally, my favorite watering hole!“
“The place is a little hard to find since there's no sign outside but the waitress was kind enough to waive us down. Food was amazing! I did find a bone and salmon skin on my salmon benedict but nothing to knock down. We had Mia as our waiter and she was soo kind, enthusiastic and provided exceptional service. Shes really the best“
“I love this bar! We are staying at The Ritz for our anniversary weekend and decided to grab a drink here after dinner. This bar has such good vibes, live music, a cozy atmosphere and great drinks. What's better than that!? Hubby got an espresso martini and I got the French 47. It was the most expensive cocktail I've ever had at $36, but so worth it! It tasted amazing! So refreshing and light, I ordered 2 lol. It was anniversary weekend, yolo. Service was friendly and relaxed. So classy and refined. Drinks are more pricey than normal but they are top notch. Hubby said his espresso martini was probably the best he's had in Miami. I loved this spot for a drink. Looks like they have a nice happy hour as well.“

“My partner and I have been building a list of great Happy Hours in the Grove. Botánico has quickly become our new favorite. What makes it particularly unique is the fact that it’s not limited to specific hours or days of the week— It’s ALL DAY, EVERY DAY! My favorite cocktail is the Mezcal Paloma, but equally delicious is The Margaret, a gin-infused twist on the classic margarita, embracing their signature spirit. With the exception of the wedge salad, we usually stick to the happy hour menu for bites. The Choripan, Gambas Al Ajillo, and Tuna Tostadas are our top picks. They’re perfect for sharing, which works out great for us. If you are lucky enough to have Mike as your server, you are in good hands. The atmosphere is al fresco with the entire dining room open to the outside with comfortable couch and table seating. It’s always busy and lively which adds to the enjoyment and experience. I suppose the location is particularly dog friendly as dog owners seem to flock here.“

“There are many dining options in CG, but sometimes it’s hard to find something that doesn’t break the bank with food you would come back for. This was a find. My wife and I live nearby and it’s now an option for a non-extravagant and not too expensive neighborhood dinner for two. Half-price bottles of wine on Wednesdays help. All the food was great, the grilled octopus with the green mole and potatoes was particularly delicious and well made. Some of the staff was new, but they were extremely pleasant and professional. Only not so great detail was the music, it really didn’t go with the green, cosy, laid-back atmosphere and we needed to strain our voices even though it was early and there were few other patrons.“

“Koko in Coconut Grove, is a place where the flavors are as vibrant as a salsa dancer’s skirt and the decor is more eclectic than a piñata explosion! ? Let’s dive into this fiesta, shall we?1. Grilled Meats: At Koko, the grilled meats are like the Avengers of flavor – they assemble on your plate, ready to save your taste buds from blandness. The chicken? It’s marinated in secrets passed down from ancient Mayan chefs. The steak? It’s so juicy, it moonlights as a watermelon during the day. And the shrimp? Well, let’s just say they’re the James Bonds of the sea – shaken, not stirred, and served with a side of intrigue.2. Argentinian and Desert Decor: Picture this: You walk in, and suddenly you’re in a tango with the decor. The walls are adorned with cool wallpapers and the patio is covered in Cacti. The furniture is that cool mix between modern and old that makes you feel at home. You feel like a rancher and a south beach foodie at the same time.3. Drink Options: Koko takes its drink game seriously. They’ve got margaritas that make your taste buds do the cha-cha, tequilas that make your worries vanish like a mirage, and mezcal flights that transport you straight to the heart of the agave plant. And if you’re feeling adventurous, try their signature cocktail – the “Desert Rose.” It’s like sipping a sunset while riding a llama through the dunes.4. Cool Location: Koko isn’t just a restaurant; it’s a secret hideout for flavor explorers. Tucked away in a Coconut Grove park, it’s like stumbling upon a treasure chest filled with guacamole and good vibes. The palm trees sway to the rhythm of the salsa music, and the parrots gossip about the latest fashion trends.5. Stellar Service: The staff at Koko? They’re like the Avengers’ support team – efficient, friendly, and always ready to save the day. Need a refill? They’ll swoop in faster than a toucan chasing a mango. Spilled salsa? No worries – they’ll summon the salsa fairy (yes, that’s a thing) to clean it up.In summary, Koko is a magical blend of flavors, colors, and laughter. It’s where tacos meet tango, and guacamole meets giggles. So, grab your maracas, put on your sombrero, and let Koko take you on a culinary adventure that’ll leave your taste buds doing the conga. Ole!“

Cons:The location is a bit hidden, so it might be tricky to find if you're not familiar with the area. The equipment can be a bit outdated, so serious pool players might not be too impressed. The atmosphere can be a bit noisy, especially during peak hours.? In summary, if you're in the mood for some casual pool fun, Sharp Shooters Billiards is definitely worth checking out. They always seem to have a table available, and their specials between 12pm to 5pm are a great deal. Just be prepared for a bit of noise and older equipment. Overall, it's a fun and affordable spot to shoot some pool and hang out with friends.“
“JW Marriott is located in the Bricknell area of Miami. It is in a great location within walking distance of many restaurants and shopping. There is a CVS next door if you need anything quick. There are two Publix grocery stores within walking distance if you want more things. And the beach is not too far either. The JW Marriott main entrance is on the side of the building for car drop off. For walking, the main entrance include many stairs. If you have problems with stairs, go to the side to avoid stairs. While this hotel is showing its wear and rooms need a desperate refresh, the sleep quality is very good. You don't hear noises between rooms, but you can occasionally hear street noise, but it does not disturb your sleep. Checkin: We arrived before check-in time and if with Marriott Platnium Lifetime, we were not able to check-in early because we were under a group rate. The employee said he would not give us an estimate of time because he did not want our satisfaction rating to be low. That comment irked me, he said our room was being inspected but had no clue what time it would be ready. He gave us a key to access the Concierge Lounge took our luggage and made a big deal that if we lose our ticket we could not get our luggage. We were able to connect to the Conference room WIFI since we had no room and 15 minutes later our room was ready. Not a great check-in experience from the gentlemen. Room: The hotel is showing wear. I know part of the hotel is being renovated. We got the old room. Everything is old and needs a refresh. The furniture is old. The linens are old. The lighting is bad, but thankfully the room has great big windows. You can open the curtains and get natural light in. The room has King bed (mattress and pillows are old and need to be replaced), chair (uncomfortable because of old cushion), table and chair (but the table is too high and chair too low to work comfortably). The pillows are so flat that using two of them still did not provide for comfortable night sleep, I called down to ask for firmer or newer pillows and they said they did not have any. The linens also smelled bad. They looked clean, but they had a musty smell. If I lived in Miami, I would have gone to the store and bought new pillows. There is a safe, TV, and JWs are all switching to snacks and a fridge full of drinks that you cannot touch since they instantly charge you. The coffee maker is horrible tasting coffee, but they do provide 2 waters daily free. Bathroom: Single sink, shower/tub combo, and toilet. Since most Marriotts are removing their tubs, it was nice to have a tub to enjoy. The tub is showing wear and multiple repairs, but it held water and it was very hot. The water pressure is not the best, but it did fill up. The shower was nice and hot. The bathroom again is very dark. If you need to apply makeup, suggest doing it in the room with all the curtains open. The amenities are all nice brands. The towels are the worst. They are so thin and not up to JW standards. They also smelled super musty and need to be replaced. I went down to the gym to get new towels. The towels in the gym are way better and thicker. Concierge Lounge: It is located on the 21st floor and provides snacks and drinks. We did not come up for free breakfast or appetizers. I did try the coffee machine, it is okay coffee. Espresso is good, but the rest of the drinks that add milk or cocoa, the coffee tastes weak. We did come up to have some water. I grabbed some chips to snack on. And one evening, they were offering free drinks as appreciation for being Marriott Reward Members. That was very nice. Gym: There is a gym on the 7th floor with a swimming pool. It has a nice locker room with a sauna. The sauna was closed for renovation. The last time I came here it was under renovation, so I was bummed I could not use it. There were plenty of treadmills, but all but one was broken. I used the bicycle until the treadmill came free. There are plenty of weights machines. I did not use the pool. Conference rooms: There are on the 5th floor and can be accessed by “
