Just check with your server and remember to tip the full price. Your getting a deal here, not your server ❤️ Omgosh. Last night! Absolutely the best meal!! Greg had the grouper imperial. A huge grouper filet with ALOT of crab meat. He is a potatoe salad critic and the “baked potato salad” was the best he has ever had. I wish you could have seen his face with every bite. But my dish, low country grouper was the best dish that ever hit my mouth. The grouper was fried and check out the amount. The flavors all came together with the creole sauce, chicken, sausage and shrimp. We have dinner taken care of tonight with leftovers. Look it up on the menu. Side note: I have had the grouper nuggets as my meal off the appetizer menu before - perfectly cooked and not close to eating it all even with Greg’s help.”

No one ever cooks my steak right, but they did. Dessert was classy and yummy The atmosphere was cute As a stand point of someone that works at a restaurant, it looked like a well oiled machine. All of the workers we saw were nice and fast. We saw tables being bussed fast and efficiently. And the vibes were just all good. Over all so good, we will definitely be back next time we go on vacation This is a must go on a date night”

“We had a great first experience on a busy Saturday morning. Signed up online for the waitlist, told us about an hour-gave us time to drive there, check in, and wait about 5 minutes. The outdoor patio was so nice with our dogs, everyone’s food was great, loved the cocktail menu! The women who checked us in and our server were both friendly. Will definitely return again on our next trip to the area.”

“It's an interesting looking place. They have repurposed old furniture and decorations, so nothing matches. I can appreciate the fact that they kept all of this stuff out of the landfill and it doesn't take away from the dining experience unless you really need fancy to be happy. The service was reasonably quick and friendly. They have tables for about 36, a long bar with about 16 stools and some outdoor seating. The food was good and the portions were generous. The prices were a little in the high side, but that seems to be everywhere these days. The garlic knots were noteworhty.”

“Family run business. The older gentleman is the sushi cheff and presumably the owner. He is funny and makes great sushi. I believe the lady serving is the daughter. She is very pleasant and friendly as well. Going here is not just great food, but a warm, friendly atmosphere.”

“I love this place for lunch and often go with coworkers, usually once a week. The restaurant is always clean. The two ladies who serve and waitress are very nice, friendly, attentive, and often remember exactly what we want (my coworkers and I are creatures of habit).

I have tried and can personally recommend their beef and broccoli (the best I have had tbh), egg drop soup, beef lo mein, and beef skewers. My coworkers often get the hunan chicken and chicken with cashew nuts.

We get a kick out of their fortune cookies too. I realize they are bought in bulk (not made in-house) but most of their "fortunes" are just odd statements, and it makes us laugh.”

We all ate different dishes and tried from each other's plates. Everything was delicious! The dessert was pretty standard but the appetizers and main courses were outstanding! And then the VIEW! Dining and enjoying the ocean is hard to beat! Absolutely worth a visit”

“While attending a board meeting and on a lunch break I tried the grouper sandwich blackened. The crisp lettuce and tomato with a slice of red onion was delicious. But the aioli sauce made the tender thick fillet of awesome fish perfect. Seasoned just right and a bistro salad to start I wasn’t hungry for dinner till much later. It was fantastic! The salad with cranberry and cucumber and cherry tomatoes was amazing. The sliced toasted almonds were a nice touch. Blue cheese dressing on side of course. My server was very attentive and friendly. Very kind lady as were all the staff were during my stay. Enjoy”

“The Homemade Ice Cream Shoppe is a favorite past time my Grandmother introduced me to in high school. everything I come to vacation, our family and friends look for them. They have a massive Banana Split best one I've ever had in my life. Every flavor I've tried over the years is amazing. My daughter and her friends look up the place still now that she's grown because it has become a generational favorite. Staff is great and friendly. I tell everyone i know about this place when they talk about vacationing in PCB area. I took some of my family that live close to PCB a few years ago. I would highly recommend them.”

“Who cares about atmosphere? This is probably the best Ice Cream place in the world. My wife and I get a lot of ice cream, we really like Hershey's the best. The flavors don't seem artificial. Our favorite flavors are Key lime, Banana pudding, bourbon something and cappuccino. Flavors are strong and true. Best ever!”

My go-to is the Italian night club and it's probably my favorite of any of the sandwich shops out there. It's perfection with the added peppers. Highly recommended for a hot day at the beach.”

We return here every year during our week long vacation because they never fail us. Plenty of TV's for sports action , and a pool for a cool dip. HIGHLY RECOMMEND by my husband and I. NOTE: We tried the Barefoot Hideaway down the road, but left after being seated (inside, which was somewhat stale and smelly), and waiting for about 8 minutes without being acknowledged by a server. It was NOT busy at the time. DISAPPOINTED. Will not go to that location again. Go see Becca and Lauren. THEY ROCK!!!”

“Today was our first visit to Shades Bar & Grill. We were there for lunch & the food & service (our server was Sarah) could not have been better. We ordered the chicken & sausage gumbo, Philly cheesesteak & the chicken jalapeño ranch wrap. Our sides were onion rings & sweet potato fries, however we had a hard time making a selection because of the many great food options to choose from. All the food was delicious & Sarah was a top notch server who was friendly, prompt & efficient. Definitely recommend & will visit Shades again when back in the area.”

We had the curry goat with pasta, peas and rice. We also had the Manish soup and a veggie plate with cabbage, calleloo, plantains, with peas and rice. Everything was wonderful and Chales did a great job of meeting all of our request. If your looking for authentic Jamaican food this is the place.”

“Imagine finding one of the best high tea’s I’ve ever had at a place on the beach known for beer and daiquiris. Well Harpoon Harry’s has it on Sundays! Four types of delicious, fresh sandwiches, deviled egg with shrimp, scones with fruit preserves, puff pastries, fresh fruit, 2 desserts, and cheese and crackers. Beautifully presented on a tower and served with a good selection of teas. Compliments to the chef. Definitely worth the price.”
