Newly opened, Cactus Cantina Mexican Grill on Gregory Street. A must when visiting Pensacola or even a great hangout place for locals. Tradional Mexican flavor with a truly Southern Charm. Victoria commanded the bar and offered a friendly smile and a deep knowledge of all things Mexican. The Fajitas were just like my abuela made them (she's from Texas). The margaritas are gigantic and the prices are reasonable. Mayhem Approved ☆☆☆☆☆
After a crazy day and missing my flight… I walked into cactus cantina… sat at the bar and omg…Donovan was so chill and amazing I’ll now walk back to my motel feeling as if today wasn’t do bad… his recommendations were on point if only there was a Donovan every where I went… thank you sooo much for being so real and honest I might just have to fly me and my husband back for another one of your recommendations.. You can't beat $1.99 margs - and they're DELICIOUS! They're no syrupy at all and they are quite big too. The free chips and salsa are also very very good. I love the refried beans but was underwhelmed by the quesadilla - they use queso sauce instead of normal cheese, so if that's your thing then try it! Just not for me. Tuesdays here are the best!
