“Can’t brag enough! Love love love this little ice cream shop in Polk City. We take the family here all the time. You can get a “passport” to make all of the flavors you’ve tried. Every time we stop in they have new ice cream flavors to try. They have your normal flavors and tons of fun ones. One of my favorites is the key lime pie. They also have sugar free ice cream, and freeze dried candy which the kids are loving now. Locals love this spot!Dietary restrictions: They have sugar free and sorbet”

“A brief history. My love of food trucks began when I joined the Army while stationed at Ft Hood. We would joke that if you wanted to know our position? Park a food truck in the area. It was taken to a new level when I was an OTR driver in the Laredo TX region. I would pull over for a food truck before eating a restaurant. There is something about a carne asada burrito or taco from Laredo TX that hit different. I was stationed in California for 3 years. I hated California. I loved California food. The area I reside in is a young neighborhood. The Taco Truck is new as the neighborhood. Flashback to Texas, I immediately pulled up. As I walked toward the truck, I noticed California plates. They did not serve carne asada they did serve asada. Taco or burrito. This is not the only item on the menu, it's the one I love. If not for my weight and I could? I would order the California burrito daily. My family they prefer the tacos. One time, they were out of asada. I chose the carnistas (sp) just as delicious. I hooked on the asada. It's probably the cleanest food truck I seen. The nachos are always fresh. The salsa? They should bottle, at least the mild. I would purchase depending on price. The truck utilizes electronic tag to notify when ready for pickup. In my area: Publix, Wendy's and a Wawa. The Taco Truck serves as a change of pace. Highly recommend.”

“My order was wrong, but in their defense, the drive-thru was not working, and the man at the drive-thru was super nice and took my order correctly, even confirmed with me what I ordered. Five stars for service along...”

“Had a fantastic birthday dinner here and really enjoyed ourselves. My 23 ounce steak was cooked just right and was super tender, and the rest of our food was equally well prepared. The service was excellent and we shared the complimentary birthday cake for dessert. Highly recommended, but do note it's a bit expensive.”

“On my way to the ballet my friend and I stopped by for a quick meal. The server was very polite and friendly. The food was hot and delicious and the check was given with a smile. I would love to go back to spend time in the restaurant and really enjoy the atmosphere. I highly recommend this place.Parking: There is a parking garage around the corner. Easy access to the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: The family area has high chairs and booster seats for children. Music is not too loud for kids.”

“On have had chicken and waffles this good in a long time. The onion rings were just right, and we also ordered the knuckle bowl which had eggs, hash browns, chicken, shrimp and andouille sausage. ?. The drinks were out of this world good and well balanced. We tried the watermelon ranch water and a spicy margarita. We can’t wait to go back. I recommend if the weather permits sitting outside. The inside is nice, but the location is so beautiful it makes you want to be outside. Brandon did a great job taking care of us. The staff is very friendly.Parking: Parking is free for two hours and the rest that’s a had table time of two hours. It worked out well.”

“Four of us came here for dinner for the first time, and the food was outstanding Our servers, Stacy, and Bri Were top-notch. We would definitely come back here again The owner charged us five dollars for an extra scoop of vanilla ice cream, which was excessive but beyond that it was an amazing experience I may send him a gallon tub of Mayfields Just to make him feel bad. lol. I can’t wait to return.”

“We came to Ford’s Garage in Lakeland for lunch. We were a large group of people but, we got a table quickly. We ordered an assortment of appetizers and mains. Overall, the food was very good, and the cocktails as well. The staff were friendly and the service was great.”

“This was my second visit here, and I have to say how much I truly enjoyed it both times! The service was great, the food was great, and it's a very clean facility. When you first walk in, there's a decent sized waiting area (though I've never waited more than a minute or two to be seated) with padded benches. My favorite part about the entrance though is the "Take-a-Book" for children. My son LOVES to pick out a book to bring to the table with us, and it keeps him occupied if we wait to be seated.I got the breakfast platter with scrambled eggs, hash browns, sausage, bacon, AND hazelnut crepes. My son got the children's breakfast platter with scrambled eggs, bacon, and a birthday cake pancake. I'm always weary about ordering scrambled eggs when I'm out because they're usually dry and hard, but these were perfect!The prices are very reasonable, and I was actually surprised that the iced coffee I ordered was only $3.99 because it was actually a decent sized glass and it had whipped cream and chocolate syrup on it. I didn't take a photo of that, because I couldn't help myself from immediately diving in to it!They also give each table a plate of biscuits with what I believe is their house made butter. I've had their blueberry, strawberry, and apple butters, and they are all amazing! They also give each guest a snicker doodle before they leave.If you're reading this, and you're not on your way to The Pantry right now, get in your car and go now! You will not be disappointed!Parking: To get to The Pantry's parking lot, you have to go into the Walmart parking lot first. It's the small plaza in the front, in between Mid Florida and the gas station.Kid-friendliness: There's a kids menu with different breakfast and lunch/dinner options!”

“My coworker goggled her some crablegs and she came up with Krunchy Krab. We had planned on a sit down meal with service. Lol, it is definitely not uptown dining but it is uptown downtown delicious. I am not a seafood/fish person but I decided to be brave. After all my coworkers was brave enough to stop and get out of the car.WOW- Awesome the food and the gentleman's service was top notch. Not only did it look delicious it was. My talopia was so good. If it wasn't for the fact we only had 3 days at Lakeland, we would of ate there every night.
