My first time at a Charlie's was at the mall and it was awful so I never had another until I tried to give the store in pompano a shot. Way way different. Cheese Steak was great and full of meat and flavor. Guy at the counter was awesome and super friendly And the price was great. Place was also spotless and smelled clean.
Charlie's Philly Cheesesteak in Pompano Beach offers a delightful dining experience. I was so excited to see it because it was the first time I've seen this restaurant outside of a mall food court! Upon entering, I noticed the establishment's cleanliness, and the quick service added to the positive impression. One of my favorites for a good Philly cheesesteak sandwich, not too greasy and packed with flavor on a delicious bread. Good side items to choose from the menu, good service in a clean environment, there are one or two other Philly Cheesesteak places nearby but Charlie's is the best. Highly recommend.
