Best croissant on the East coast of the USA. My wife was born in Marseille, we both currently live in Montreal. We know croissants. Montreal has some of the best croissant outside of Paris. But Pascal and Cathy have the best croissant we have tasted on the East coast of the USA. Hard to find croissants this good outside anywhere but France. A wonderful French Bakery. I’m gluten free so not a lot for me but my husband, a connoisseur of pastries, said they were fantastic. Rich and buttery. They are a bit pricey but worth it. I wish they had baked goods I could eat too. Macaroons were available but I was hoping for something flaky with almond paste or jelly inside. Maybe someday??! Oh and the baguette my husband said was delicious.
