Yesterday, February 1, 2024, was my first time experiencing "Island Fusion Cusine," and it was the best Griot I ate from a haitian restaurant ever since my grandma can no longer cook anymore. The Griot was tender, juicy, and tasty. And I'm back again for more the next day. Hopefully, they can keep up the same quality that have me writing a whole book about their restaurants. SO GLAD I FOUND THEM! Miguel provides an outstanding customer service, patient, professional and take the time to go over the menu with us! Food great qty, tasty ?, fresh. Service time was not long at all. I was so tired of the NASTY ? ATTITUDE, DISGUSTING ? and DISRESPECTFUL service of Alabon restaurants and it’s affiliate. Well I pray the FRITAY ISLAND FUSION grows quick to a bigger restaurant. Others should learn from this customer service!

One of the best holes in the wall I’ve ever found. I’ve been in broward for over 20 years and this is some of the best Haitian food I’ve had. Worth the visit. I walked out the building and I got tired holding the damn container because it was so heavy. Excellent service, excellent food, 11/10 spot.
