Such a wonderful place, the quality of the product that they make with the high standards of a family business with tradition, love art and a lot of work. I never imagined the care that takes every piece of Burrata, hand crafted piece by piece with perfectly coordinated teamwork and the best quality ingredients.Bravissimo!
A true hidden gem. I purposely came to this place because of yelp, and even driving by 10 feet away it was hard to spot. It was a little intimidating since it seemed like a warehouse without much activity. After a U-Turn and seeing signs I found it, and I'm glad I did. I'm no cheese expert, in fact I had great-value grated parm in the fridge up until yesterday. There's no chance I go back to that stuff, it tastes like plastic in comparison to their imported cheese.
