The tabbouleh was a refreshing mix of finely chopped parsley, mint, tomatoes, and bulgur, dressed in a zesty lemon vinaigrette that awakened the palate. The mulukhia brought tears to my eyes as it reminded me of my mom's home cooking.The mixed grill platter was a carnivore's delight, featuring succulent pieces of marinated chicken, kibbeh and kebabs. “The last time I reviewed Pita Nosh was in 2017. Different owner but the same great chef, with the best knishes in all of Florida. As a native New Yorker my first 36 years of life (now 61) I will even say they are better then any knishes I have had in NYC since the 1970s. They are the best, better than all the rest! If you have not already been to Pita Nosh, I highly recommend you do so. Note, I have not had it in a while but I also love their matzo ball soup.“

“This is our new favorite restaurant! Family owned and run, the food, hospitality,and service was fantastic. It's a small quaint restaurant serving Mediterranean food freshly made on site. We hadthe musakaa,then combo skewers of filet, kafta and chicken with roasted potatoes, pickled turnips and onions,alongside veggie stuffed grape leaves.All with unlimited hot pita. We had an excellent lebanese dry white wine to wash it down. Everything was perfect. For dessert, don't miss the knefe and assorted baklava. Amanda was an amazing waitress, brimming with personality and charm, she really took care of us. Next door is their market, which we will be frequenting often.“

The restaurant itself is so quaint and welcoming, and the staff is super friendly. My go-to meal is their falafel platter. So good!!!We've been enjoying Izgara for years- not just when dining in, but also when hosting family and friends at our home. Whenever I cater at home from Izgara, I always receive messages and phone calls asking where the food was from because it was so good. “The best middle Eastern food period. We have been coming here for years and never been disappointed. The owner or the Manager always smiles at you. The staff are friendly and good. The restaurant is neat. The food is fresh and yummy. The platter includes lamb, beef, and chicken, with the perfect blend of rice. We miss the red chili sauce they used to have which is replaced by sweet and sour sauce. Fried chicken is average and the desert we loved was the brown colored one. The orange kunafa wasn't as expected. Overall good experience and we will definitely come back and always .“

My friend that got the kabab spicy said it wasn't spicy, and said it lacked some flavor and wasn't worth the price. Because of her order I have to knock off a star. Was very satisfied with mine. The tahini was great on the hummus, and the eggplant was fire. The young chicken was very tender, as was the shawarma. Take a chance on this place!“

“I am voting Boca Raton and just stopped at Boca’s gorgeous mall. While there, I saw Maoz, a small Middle Eastern restaurant. They have a good menu, but I only ordered the falafels to go. OMG! These are easily the most delicious falafels I have ever had in my life (and I’ve had a lot!!!). I plan to stop again tomorrow.“

“Another great score: my new neighborhood includes a an authentic, family-owned Greek spot, The Gyro Joint, with amazing food & friendly service not even 2 minutes away! This is already the 2nd time this week my sister & I have gotten their food. My only gripe so far is that they're not open later than 9pm! Already confirmed their gyros are the bomb so tried wings tonight and they did not disappoint! Crispy, meaty, & served with a tasty housemade dipping sauce. Deeeeelish! Can't wait to try more!“
