This was the worst fast food experience I have ever had. The cashier was rude and had a scowl in her face the entire time. We went out of our way to say thank you to try and cheer her up and were greeted with a blank stare and a "whatever."
I stopped at the rest stop to use the restroom and grabbed a quick pretzel. It was cold and hard. I immediately took it back to Alyshia and was rudely informed that she was not going to replace my item and that I could buy another one. Alyshia continued to tell me that it was “not her problem” she told me to “step aside”. I’ll be fighting this charge. Hopefully she gets out of customer service.

What I had to eat from here was not bad, but wasn't that good either. But if you compared it to the food at a similar outlet at any mall, you'd easily see the difference. There aren't that many food options at this service plaza -- either a pizza slice, Wendy's (long line/not my fave), this place, and a sandwich shop. I wasn't that hungry, either, but thought I'd get a pretzel dog. There wasn't anyone in line here. But when I went to the counter, the (one) person working said...read full review
