“Love this new location. New building, clean inside and out. If we could only get the management & staff to stop smoking cigs by the propane tanks on the side of building. This freaks my kids out when we pull up to buy fuel before school. We're at a gas station. They should be smoking further away from the front of the store and pumps.“
“We used the drive through on a Saturday morning just about 8am of January 2024. We ordered two breakfast sandwiches and were asked to wait and pull forward. The food came out in about 5 minutes. We spoke with a total of three of the employees and they all seemed very cheerful and nice.“

I asked for ketchup when I placed my order through drive through not my fault they forgot & had to ask her for it & she looked annoyed because of that...plus she dropped some trying to hand it to me so i asked for more & she gave me a HANDFUL being so dramatic....Everyone else is awesome though & still deserve those 5 stars!“

“I have not experienced customer service as good as BOC since I moved to Tampa 2+ years ago! The sandwich shop is impeccably clean, and it is a TRUE mom & pop (a beautiful couple runs the place, they were both working hard here on Saturday afternoon!)I got the Cuban classic combo (3 drink refills!). Delicious…have to take half home.Off to go walk some of the local Nature preserves, thanks to Box of Cubans for food fuel for my next hike☺️!!“

“Staff & Management here are doing an amazing job! We came when they were very busy, and WOW all I can say is this is the fastest & most efficient Dunkin' I've ever been to.Quite a bit of indoor seating (14 booth seats, 18 chairs, and a pair of bucket chairs) as well as some outdoor 4-tops with oversized umbrellas.They also have a putting green in the outdoor seating area with clubs and golf balls inside!!“
