“This is the Duncan to go to. The inside is clean everybody has smiles on their faces and everyone was super helpful and friendly. I definitely want to point out Carlos was amazing although my purchase was minimum he did you know give me insightful information as to the fact that I could add salt and pepper to my bacon egg and cheese wrap which by the way enhanced it greatly with a little butter. I had no clue that I could add seasoning to my sandwich. Again it was refreshing to have superior customer service during these times when you don't have good customer service at all nowadays. However I will go out my way to come to this Duncan from here on out. Thanks guys for the best customer service ever!“

“I have been to this location many times since it opened. The food is always up to McDonald's norm for quality. It comes out hot which I really enjoy (nothing more disappointing than less that hot fries and burgers or cold breakfast sandwich). The restaurant is generally clean, but they are challenged by the number of kids that pass through after school releases each day. The staff is very friendly and Austin works hard to maintain a high service standard and clean restaurant.Parking: New, clean parking lot.“

“Tina the red hair always takes care of me. Her attitude is different from some of the other staff members. She is always friendly and considerate and very passionate with the guest. She always goes out of the way to make up when the store is out of something. It's hard to find people that do that anymore these days.“

“This place exceeded my expectations. The Cuban was delicious - the bread was warm and toasted just right. The warm pickles on the sandwich added a unique and delicious twist, adding a delightful burst of flavor. The empanadas were nothing short of excellent, with flavorful fillings and perfectly crispy crusts. I recommend the Picadillo & Sweet Plantain empanada. The owner's warm hospitality and delightful personality added an extra layer of enjoyment to the dining experience. I highly recommend this place for a good sandwich. Your taste buds will thank you. “I have only recently discovered this lovely little place. Even though I love coffee, I had no idea there was a spot that offers artisan drinks not too far from my house. I usually drive to Tampa to find good coffee shops as I am not a fan of Starbucks. However, I am excited to have found this little gem, 'Just Love Coffee' in Brandon. I was pleasantly surprised by the warmth of the owner, Luiz Garcia. He is so welcoming and tactful with every client that walks into the shop. My favorite drink is their hot White Chocolate Tiramisu, where my husband opts in for their Vanilla Latte. Our son absolutely enjoys the iced White Chocolate Tiramisu as well. I also tried their chocolate chip muffin and it was so yummy! Their motto is "every cup is a masterpiece", and I can definitely concur. Luiz and his team get it right each and every time I visit. I am also impressed that anytime of the day that I stop in - whether I order when I arrive or via mobile app to speed up the process, I never have to wait for more than 5-8 minutes no matter how busy they get. The Just Love Coffee team is consistently good. They take pride in the way they take care of their customers. I wish I started coming here when they first opened back in 2020. If you live in Brandon and are looking for good coffee - this place is it! Definitely recommend!“

“We are down in Riverview from Michigan four months out of the year. One of the places we always look forward to getting back to when we come down is Cali Cafe. Their coffee is amazing and the atmosphere and food are great. Don’t miss this great place!!“

“Omg :') Spaddy's.... !!!!!!!! I have lived in Tampa almost two years and I am SO upset with myself for not trying this place sooner. Literally this may be the best coffee in Tampa... maybe the best coffee I have ever had... I was completely blown away this morning. I got an iced vanilla latte with oat milk and I didn't even know that vanilla could taste like this. I guess their in-house made syrup is the real key. It was SO good and I am SO happy with it! I already cannot wait to come back and have it again. I am still sipping on it (slowly) because I just want it to last forever. The baristas were also super friendly, kind and helpful. The place itself is a vibe too - it's just a large coffee RV that you walk up to order at, then plenty of picnic tables and tables to enjoy your coffee at. Also a plus that it's next to La Segunda bakery :)“

“What a gem in downtown Tampa! These mini donuts are just the right treat for strolling through the city. The unique are fun to try. It reminds me of a childhood dream. Haha. The staff is so friendly and personable. I appreciate the few tables to sit at outside. You would be missing out if you didn’t pop over. I’ll be back for their donuts and redbull Italian sodas!“

They are specialty coffee knowledgeable and great at answering coffee questions and have pride in their product. The flow of ordering is swift and efficient. “Absolutely love coming here! We live close by and the service is always excellent, and amazing food and drinks!! Best oat milk vanilla latte I’ve ever had—and I’m a coffee snob! Also super dog friendly and there’s a cute outdoor seating area. It’s always a treat when we are able to stop by. “I've stopped there in numerous occasions for a pint found the service and beer above average. Located in a former gas station on Florida avenue it has that feel if the people back in the day could talked to you they share some great stories it has the homey vibe to it . But been there twice in two weeks to check out the menu and the beer again after a brief hiatus. Found the beer to be crisp and fresh the service a little more attentive and the food great for any of the beers. Pretzels were bang on with the mustard and the beer cheese . Had" The Rob " roast beef on weck and the horseradish sauce was fire. I'll be back to explore the rest of the menu if I leave the beers alone for room to taste the rest of the culinary bites.“

“I don't usually drink coffee, but once in a blue moon I do like to enjoy a good coffee or a Chai Tea Latte. This morning I met Josh and wanted to try their dirty Chai Tea Latte. It was quickly made and it's appearance looked very inviting. The drink was delicious, warming and calming. After I was finished with that, I requested to have a large normal Chai Tea Latte to go. The price was fair for what I got, and the service was prompt. Josh was kind and I had a quick friendly conversation while cashing out. I hope he has a nice day with his family coming in. As I will be bringing some family and friends this Saturday to try the offerings here.“

“Jess is the sweetest! My conversation with Jess was amazing, she is extremely friendly and loves striking up a conversation. I visited the shop while in town, my family is looking to move and I can say that if we do move to Tampa, Jess will see me as a regular. I had the cheddar and spinach quiche and a chai. My quiche was delicious, the crust was crispy and the eggs were nice and fluffy. Definitely recommend this place to someone looking for a cute spot in town.“

“Our family went to this bakery during our family vacation August 2023. My husband researched this location months before to try out hand on some local/historical cuisine. When we arrived the staff were welcoming and helped us decide our food choice. We all had sandwiches which tasted amazing on the homemade bread baked fresh daily. The desserts were delightful. I had the guava cheese turnover style dessert that brought me back to my summers visiting family in Barbados. If you’re ever in Ybor City, please check them out! “5.99$ for a large cafe con leche that tastes like drip coffee I’d make at home, they don’t add sugar to it like most places do and don’t ask if you want any. 5/10Good Cuban- could use a little more mustard, and the pulled pork was a bit dry. Perfect crisp, perfect amount of pickles. Has potential to be top 5 ever if they added the mustard and kept their pork in liquid. 7/10Muffaletta olive spread was a bit too mild, meats and flavor of the rest of the sandwich was amazing. 7/10Guava con queso pastry was excellent 10/10- would be elevated to 12/10 if they put a sprinkle of large grain sugar on top of the lovely egg wash shine to add some more texture.“

“I like this place it's amazing for all the essentials, nana's make me wish I was a local unfortunately I'm out here for work but I think I'll be going there everyday until my departure haha everything was amazing I went with the seafood tray. “Went here for the first time with my family the other day. Although we spent $14 for only a latte and croissant, that seems to be the going rate these days for most specialty coffee. We appreciated how clean it was inside but also the cleanliness and professional appearance of the staff. Lately at other major chain coffee shops it seems you need blue hair, piercings everywhere, and lots of body art to be a welcomed employee there. At foxtail all 3 of the younger staff members were all very clean cut looking with nice hair and freshly pressed button down shirts, friendly and smiling, and able to answer questions and converse with customers. We also LOVE the glass coffee cups! Makes you feel like you’re at central perk or Lukes Diner. We will be going back here!“

“Visited this shop at Sparkman Wharf and LOVED the coffee!!! Provided a great beverage alternative to alcohol while enjoying time at the wharf. The barista (Alissa) was so pleasant and wonderful - she offered her help in selecting a drink, explained the flavor creations to me, and sold me on the spiced orange iced latte. It was phenomenal - subtly sweet and a perfect balance of cardamom and orange.We were there visiting our daughter so I was a first time customer and now wish we had a Shortwave Coffee in NC!Thanks for a great experience and a perfectly crafted iced coffee!Dietary restrictions: Lots of milk alternatives!“

Service is great here and I recommend going here in lieu of any dessert at International Mall, except maybe whiskey cake, and you should still come here after. “Having a kombucha taproom in Tampa is awesome! The space is so calming, and the outdoor space feels like a little hidden oasis. I haven't tried the food or coffee, so can only speak for the booch.This taproom doesn't quite hit five stars for me (4.5 for sure though if an option) because I think there can be more unique options of flavors at a place that's specifically a kombucha taproom. From my experience, going to a kombucha taproom means finding flavors I won't find at the store, but I don't totally get that here... And don't get me wrong support local all the way, I fill up my growler here every chance I get instead of picking up from the store, but idk I like going to a booch place and trying something random like lettuce kombucha (a real flavor I've tried...)So this isn't meant to be negative or a downer! Just perhaps an expectation of me of what differentiates a kombucha taproom from generic products.“

“This place is super cute and the coffee is decent for being a coffee snob, however, the music was so ungodly loud that you couldn’t even carry on a conversation with the person next to you without shouting. It would be nice to come to a cute coffee shop and feel like we could work and have a conversation. The thing that impressed me most about this place was that they wouldn’t allow us to pay to get a homeless woman coffee and a baked good. They just gave it to her and for that, we will come back and try again and hope next time it’s not so loud.“

“Thank God for Yelp! This placed is tucked off behind the Winn-Dixie on 301. Its storefront is connected to a martial arts gym. There's areas for people to study if they need to. The customer service is great. The cashier answers any questions you may have in a friendly manner. U ended up ordering the caramel dream iced coffee as is but with light whipped cream. It's a pretty solid iced coffee. Not too sweet and just the right amount of caramel. They even top it with this cute caramel candy which is a nice touch to your drink. If you're tired of your chain establishments for coffee definitely give them a try!“

“I love this tea shop. The staff are so knowledgeable, kind, and welcoming. They were able to answer all my questions regarding Chinese Pu-erh, silver needles, and gave me amazing recommendations for new brews to try. The owner also handpicks their teas from overseas, so you truly know the source and farmers you’re helping support. If you’re brand new or already love tea, this is the place to be.“

“This was my family's first visit here. We sampled many flavors that were all yummy! The lady was very friendly and helpful. We thought it was awesome that we had the ability to choose 2 flavors within just one scoop! The only reason I did not give the atmosphere 5 stars is because there was limited seating (18 in all I believe - not bad) but right outside the door was basically a sports bar. This may be a plus for someone else though. Also we weren't sure were to park but there was a parking garage right there that allowed free parking for 2 hours.Dietary restrictions: There was a sugar free option.Parking: We parked inside of a garage that allowed for 2 hours of free parking.“

“If you love the Ding Tea on Waters Ave in Tampa then you must know that the same owners have opened another location in Brandon!! Yes that's right and it's GORGEOUS!! The owners are beautiful people, both inside and out and I'm soo happy for them on this additional location! I just had to make the drive to show our love and support!! Located in the shopping plaza right off Brandon Blvd and Gornto Blvd. Plenty of parking and love that it's located at a traffic light since the area is soo busy. Ding Tea has the absolute BEST tea around and I've been to plenty of shops! I frequent so much that she knows my order-- matcha latte with almond milk unsweetened with sea cream as well as my daughter's drink the signature milk tea with golden boba. Please support this local tea shop and this beautiful family and come out and get some tea!! You won't be disappointed. Be sure to get a stamp card to earn a free tea. “We visited here a few nights ago and really liked the vibe. It was later in the evening? So we all had brewed tea...and my husband had a THC/CBD drink. There were quite a few people in there working and/or studying...other just sociialzing. Service was great and we enjoyed the drinks we got. I had the Hilo tea (iced)...it had a strong coconut flavor...which I loved. My friend and I even came back the next morning to try their coffee. I had a cold brew and she had a drip coffee. With were great. This is our new spot. It's like a bar without alcohol...which I am here for!“

“Went to Caffeine Roasters two days in a row while I was in town, and it was very consisten quality which I appreciate. I got one of the seasonal specialties, the Vanilla Bean Almond Amaretto Latte, adding additional shots of espresso and oat milk. I tried it with 3 shots and 4 shots of espresso and it was good both ways. I like my coffee with a mild sweetness so the 3 shots were perfect. There space is really nice, with lots of seating, but it's quite popular for remote workers. It was full both times I went. The baristas were really nice and service was quick! There's also a drive through which makes it so convenient.“

They have a full menu for breakfast meals, and I believe they had a lunch menu also. They welcomed everyone that came in as if they were long time customers, which maybe they were.
