“The food was fabulous! Be warned, however, that they don't have much of a non-alcoholic beverage selection--Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, ice tea some sort of near-beer, and some sort of lemon mocktail. They didn't even have sparkling water. I wound up drinking club soda with my $75 meal. There are plenty of less expensive restaurants which are able to offer a wide variety of such beverages as kombucha, a selection of teas, a variety of soda flavors, and bottled mineral water--and without the massive glass storeroom that this place uses for wine. Other than that, the food was wonderful.”

“Food is great but quality of service for takeout/delivery is a no starter. In March of this year and again last night at the St. Petersburg location food items are omitted without customer's knowledge, yet full price has been paid for a partial meal. Of course, when you call you get the standard "we can't give a refund cuz it was delivered by a 3rd party". Even though the bag was sealed by Outback and the attached receipt falsely listed all items ordered were enclosed. No phone or contact with customer was made to give a substitution offer. A complete pass poor customer service because they do not have to face you dining in. I think I will switch back to Carraba's across the street. Have NEVER had a problem with their takeout/deliveries. James”

“My family had a wonderful dinner last evening, and everything was flawless from beginning to end. Great hospitality, elegant ambience, phenomenal wine and spirits selection and, last but not least, super solid food selections that delighted the senses of us all! We had raw oysters, oysters Rockefeller, lobster bisque, ribeye, lobster, filet mignon, brûléed pork belly, sautéed mushrooms, whipped mashed potatoes and a stellar selection of decadent desserts.”

“We have been to the Joint many times in the past. This visit ( 2/14 between 2-3 pm) did not , in any way, live up to previous visits. The waitress was poor, taking way too long to get to the table and long waits between drink orders and delivery. Out of 5 food orders , 2 were delivered cold. When the waitress was notified about it , nothing was done about it. Since the service was very poor and food substandard, no tip was added to the bill. The waitress then accosted us in the parking lot, making a scene and yelling at us in public. Not a good look for your business. This unfortunate incident means that you have lost customers forever.”

“Kahwa is our favourite coffee in the world, a big claim but when in Florida each Winter it’s our go to coffee.
Their coffee has a great burst of flavour but without being acidic which is quite unusual; very easy to drink.
They do a great Key Lime Pound Cake and their other cakes are in a similar vein with muffins too. All of them complement the coffee really well.
We also love the laid back atmosphere with this particular branch being our favourite.
Just wish we didn’t live 4,000 miles away!”
