“Just had an excellent experience here at the bar. I was stopping in the area for a movie and I wanted to grab a quick dinner. I was able to grab two drinks and an entrée and under 40 minutes. The bartender Brian or Bryan was very attentive, friendly, and had a great drink recommendation for me. I enjoyed my time and I look forward to another experience here in the future“

“Great food. We started with a spectacular wine recommendation from our server Michael and the had a tasty house made bread with an olive-oil vinaigrette for dipping. Excellent starter. This is my 4th trip in 5 years. Michael is and will be our server as long as he works at this place. His recommendations are always the best. My companion and I shared the appetizer Duck Confit that was served with roasted Brussel Sprouts in a homemade Cranberry - Pomegranate sauce that was truly delicious. The Duck was cooked perfectly with a crisp skin and silky meat. Next we had the Steak & Lamb for the main course. The Cast Iron Beef Filet served with Garlic Mashed Tatters and was absolutely delicious. Medium Rare - Rare cooked perfectly with a warm red center. The Lamb Rack too was also cooked to perfection with a warm red center served with Couscous and greens that's one of the best meals i've had in years Bijoux may be the best restaurant in Destin ! This has been an annual trip for now for years..“

“Kris, our waiter was helpful, attentive & fun! The food & drinks were delicious! The musicians sounded great & played fun music to dance to. The boat is large & has three decks! It was a really nice touch to get to meet & talk with the captain, also! I highly recommend for any special event!“

Benton, our waiter, was very professional but also very nice and joked in a good way. This restaurant experience was the second best part of this hotel, only second to the beach, and benton made the experience!“
