“What a gem! This place was amazing! They were absolutely packed when we got there and the people just kept streaming in the door. Even with the crazy time, all the servers were busting their butts and the manager was in the floor helping do "all the things"--- clearly a sign of good leadership. He also came to the table multiple times to make sure everything was going well.Our server Kassidy was such a sweetheart! She has not been there that long and already is in the flow of things and handling tons of stuff at once. Despite the crowd, drinks were always full, food was prompt, and more importantly.... EXCELLENT! We had the tower and order of king crab legs which were well-worth the price. Everything was fresh and large portions and my little ones absolutely devoured it (yes my 10 and 4 year olds love raw oysters, lobster and crab ??)All in all, totally a great experience. Y'all come out and support this fantastic business!”

“We started with a great bargain of Veuve Cliquot for $25 a glass when a bottle is usually $200. Followed it with two fish entrees that were perfectly cooked and served with finely paired sides. While some would call this expensive I consider it fairly priced for the quality of the offerings. Will return here whenever possible.”

“Came all the way from Colorado for vacation, and the waiter we had was awesome! We have been to 4-6 seafood spots on /near the beach on our 10 days, but JACOB!!! Shout out to you! The BEST SERVER we have experienced in Destin thus far! Very attentive, suggestions were perfect, and overall the most genuine!! He really cares and has the perfect vacation hospitality. I mean the place is amazing, live gators, playground , dance floor, open bar , fairly priced menu and good food. It’s a must go for anyone coming to Destin! I still can’t get over how family friendly it is ! Nothing like it in our box state !”

“Got the Brisket Bene which is delicious minus the poached yoegg (not a fan) but could be the textured. I could drink the hollandaise sauce. I also got the crab loving sandwich, which was good and actually tasted like real crab and strawberry cake, which was so good, and I actually could not eat it all. I can’t wait to go back. “Found this place by accident. The menu options are both familiar and unique enough to feel maybe you're being a little adventurous.The sweet potato gnocchi was delicious. Very flavorful and memorable. I will return for this alone. The portion was perfect. Husband got a burger ( big Mac n cheese?? Idk maybe) with sweet potato fries. He really liked it. (Lots of other side options) Try the almond tea. Smells and tastes great!The husband said he'd have no problem returning. He liked where this place is located. Among the hustle and bustle but indoors with floor to ceiling glass so you can still see outside. It shares a space (the city hall food court) with an indoor bar and overhead music that wasn't too loud.The friendly owners took our order, cooked the food, and brought it to our table.”

“What a phenomenal restaurant! The location is bright and open making it ideal for families or friends to hangout and eat/drink while you talk. The staff was friendly and were always one step ahead making sure everything came out perfect. Within a week we came 3 times with kids loving the hot chocolates served at mild temps and some capuchinos for the adults that were hot and foamy. Their French toast is awesome and requires no syrup it's so flavorful. We also tried their breakfast tacos, yogurt bowls and combo of eggs, bacon and toast with everything being perfect. “It was our first time at Mimmo’s. I had the vodka pasta and my husband had the meat lasagna. Both dishes were outstanding, as well as the bread. The only thing that really tainted our experience was the service. It took 5-7 minutes for any staff member to speak to us besides the hostess that sat us. One finally asked if we had been helped and proceeded to serve us. Towards the end of our meal (around 8:45, they close at 9), our waiter took off his apron, and the rest of the staff started closing up the place. This including sweeping and shutting off some of the lights. I’ve worked in the service industry and this was seen as rude and untoward. I’ve never worked in a restaurant that we were allowed to both take off our uniforms and start closing while customers were still present. Really sad because the food was incredible.”

“Seated 7 of us right away and server was friendly and attentive. Our son loved his seafood linguine and the oysters we tried were very good and very cheesy. Our granddaughter liked her grilled mahi mahi but the snow Crab legs were nothing to get excited over - too small for the price. The seafood nachos were not very good - hardly any shrimp or scallops and sauce was dry. Other meals were just ok.”

“If you come to Santa Rosa, you need to try pecan jacks! We were in town for my sisters bachelorette trip when I found pecan jacks. I loved it so much that I had it all four days that we were in town! Great service, cute atmosphere but most importantly DELICIOUS ice cream! Fun and unique flavors.”

Same with the fries.My wife had the gyro and we have had many in our life but she said this was the best she's had.To top it all off we got a chocolate chunk cookie. Amazing.Super friendly and quick service and although it's a small place, it's exactly the kind of atmosphere you'd expect for a sandwich shop. Very cool vibe with all the retro pictures throughout.Make this a priority to stop here if you love food. It's worth going out of the way if you need to.”

“Great looking place with great service. Food was mediocre as there was little taste to it. We had the classic french toast and southern omelet. French toast has no flavor, the syrup is very watery for some reason and had little taste as well.”
