“We visited KeKe's Sanford location for the first time yesterday, Dec.,7th, 2024. Everything we ordered was over the top delicious. The portion size, especially the pancakes, you just can't eat it all! The coffee was hot and delicious! Kimberly knows her cafe! She made suggestions and took such good care of us. Highly recommend KeKe's for breakfast!”

“My husband and I visited the restaurant for the first because he was craving for a shrimp soup. It is a small restaurant in a modern, new building . The restaurant is cute and clean but it was lacking wall decor. We were immediately welcomed by the owner who was very cordial and nice. We ordered Parcha juice and my hubby had a Puerto Rican beer. As appetizers we had alcapurrias one of each flavor and they were absolutely delicious ! My husband ordered his soup that came with tostones. It was plenty! He said that it was the best he has ever tasted. I had the mofongo with pollo à la plancha. Outstanding! My only other critique is that they serve the food in the styrofoam boxes and plastic utensils, however, the instant that you taste the food…you don’t care anymore! We will definitely return!! Thank you for serving authentic Puerto Rican, delicious food!!”

She said “I’ll work you in” and seated us immediately at the bar. The bruschetta was the bomb! The fried chicken was totally out of this world! The service was outstanding! A must go to place!”

I had the stressful task of getting a birthday cake for my good friend, who is also a baker—because, let’s face it, bakers deserve a special cake too, and she shouldn't have to bake her own birthday cake again this year! Luckily, Ms. Victoria from Simply Homemade 1913 in downtown Sanford came through and delivered an absolutely gorgeous cake with a quick turnaround. We went with a lemon cake, and it was not only stunning but also delicious. The flavors were perfect, and the cake was both light and filling. The design was simple yet elegant, with personal touches that made it feel extra special. You can really tell it was made with love. “Community Brewhouse is the kind of place that keeps us coming back again and again. The beer is consistently excellent, with a thoughtful rotating selection that always has something fresh and fun. On our most recent visit, I had the Alien Space Juice (a hazy NEIPA at 6.4% ABV that was raw, juicy, and bursting with hop flavor), while my wife enjoyed the Squirrel Chaser (a 5% golden lager, crisp and classic). Both were fantastic. The service here is truly off the charts. Gabe and Ernie are behind the bar and are warm, welcoming, and the kind of people who make you feel like family the minute you walk in. Jose is also outstanding, attentive and genuinely friendly and a marketing genius. That level of hospitality sets Community Brewhouse apart. We also have to give a shout-out to Gary, one of the brewers. Once we tried his Beerless Shadow beer, which comes with one of the best backstories we’ve ever heard. The name comes from a real brewery mishap: a pipe opened and blasted a pressurized stream of beer across the room. Gary happened to be standing in the line of fire, and when it stopped, the wall behind him showed a perfect silhouette where the beer hadn’t landed. That outline became “Gary’s Beerless Shadow.” We love grabbing a pint and sitting outside for a game of cribbage. On 9/24 we had the chance to attend their wine & cheese kickoff event. It was a wonderful expansion of what they offer: Tom, the “Sanford Sommelier,” curated a lineup that included Cava, Loire Sauvignon Blanc, Mencía, Chilean Carmenere, and a reserve Cab/Carmenere blend. These aren’t the typical value wines you’d expect to see at a brewery. Real thought went into the lineup, the prices were very affordable, and the cheese pairings were spot-on. It’s exciting to see them growing beyond beer into wine, while still keeping that neighborhood, community-driven vibe. Highly recommend Community Brewhouse, whether you’re into craft beer, good wine, or just good people!”

“First visit at this location and for this chain. The food was excellent and the portions were huge. The area for sauces and sodas was clean and organized and the manager that took the order was friendly and attentive as well as the rest of the staff. We will definitely make more visits now that we know we have a really good Peruvian (Latino style) quick service chain nearby. I would have taken a picture of the food but it smelled so good I forgot to take one as I just dove right in. We ordered 3 complete specials and it cost approx $51. Well worth it in my opinion as 4 of us ate very well off those 3 plates.”

As a native of Philadelphia Pennsylvania, I thought there is no way this could be true. How could the original Philly cheesesteak be here in Orange city? After having this cheesecake, my life has been changed. This sandwich was the most succulent delicious cheesecake I’ve ever had in my life. Move over scumbags of Philadelphia, who throw batteries at Santa Claus the real Philly cheesesteak is here in Orange city! I cannot wait to try the other three locations in the area! My only complaint at this time would be that there are no lights on the outside menu when you drive up. One day it was after dark and I had to get out of my car to even read it. Maybe they are planning on putting lights and haven’t done it yet because they just opened. IDK It’s doesn’t sound like people have had the same experience as me so I hope management takes these reviews and does something about it. We had breakfast sandwiches and they were fantastic. Hot, fresh, fluffy eggs and great sourdough bread. Home fries were outstanding as well.

“I love this location and I’m obsessed with these sandwiches. Everything is clean and organized and everyone is so friendly! They can get super busy (it’s a small shop) but they handle the flow well. They’ve never gotten my order wrong but I’ve seen other people circle back to let them know something was off and they’re so quick and kind to fix any errors.

My go to is the original Italian but I also like the Philly cheesesteak. Sometimes I’ll get the chocolate chip cookies and those are strangely delicious and addictive too.

Today I tried the viral TikTok “pregnancy sandwich” (IYKYK) and it was so perfect I was almost brought to tears. I had some special instructions (light this and that) and extra toppings and everything was perfect and amazing. Maybe I’ll name this child Jersey Mike when they come out, we’ll see! 🤣🫶🏻”

“Excellent food. Went there this afternoon for lunch and enjoyed our meal. I highly recommend this place. The service was excellent and being picky with my diet she even offered to show us what they were serving and the nutrient labels so we could make decisions based on our diets. Great customer service and great food. Will definitely be back.”

“Great location and it's hardly ever busy I feel like it's overlooked since its the newest location in the area. But that doesn't mean it's inferior. I think it is probably the better of the 2 locations in Sanford. Staff is friendly service is quick and accurate and the restaurant is always spotless. I'm in the area frequently for work and I always choose to stop here rather than the other. I am never able to stay and eat but it I did I would definitely sit outside there patio is very nice and always clean with plenty of tables. This is a great Chick Fila location and great far anyone.”
