The Public House

We were in search of a restaurant near the movie theater and listened to our fellow helpers... it worked out!!Fish n chips had good flavor and were more than filling! Cheeseburger was kinda plain but good flavor on the meat. Kids meals were free with an adult entree because it was Sunday! Not very busy, service was fine, but a little short. Overall, 4 stars for the food, quick service and clean!

I went in with my daughter for lunch last Thursday, I was greeted my a nice lady who was also very funny, in a “New York” kind of way. We loved her style, very witty, like family, anyway, I ordered a chicken nacho and my daughter, buffalo wings and fries. My nachos were some of the best nachos I’ve had in a long time. We came last night (Thursday) for the burger special that we heard about. Good deal at $8 for a burger and fries. Unfortunately it was way overcooked. My husband and I both asked for them to be medium. They were both well done. The fries are tasty though. We each had a beer. Check was just about $30. Service was good at the bar.
