Patrick Dr., Satellite Beach, FL 32937 5 Stars I swore four years ago I would never go back, yet here I am like fish from yesterfang in the parking lot of a restaurant that at one time (under previous ownership) was my number one breakfast place in Brevard County. After it was sold, it was turned into a joint that wallowed in bad food and even worse service. As I said, that was four years ago. I have since deleted that review. Now, I can say that it is safe to return to the water, but I get ahead of myself. What changed? The new owner/chef is a CIA graduate who did his externship at Michelin Star restaurant Gramercy Tavern in New York City. Emerson Krause turned down a position at the famed restaurant upon graduation to return home and bring Brevard a taste of things seldom sampled in this part of the Sunshine State. I can safely speak for all of my fellow Floridians on the Space Coast when I say, "Thank you, Emerson and welcome home!" After being seated at a delightfully decorated table (I love the paint scheme on the chairs), we were approached by a charming lady named Nicole. Nicole was outstanding in every way a service professional should be. I asked Nicole for an order of the Bacon Sea Salt French Toast, one Texan Potato Stack and a San Antonio Biscuit Bennie. Snapping a few quick pics of the warm environs, I sat back, soaked in the peaceable atmosphere and awaited Nicole's return. The aromas were enticing to such a degree; it was all I could do to take some pictures before digging into the edible artwork before me. First to saunter across my palate was a taste of the Bacon Sea Salt French Toast. One taste and I was deep in Hog Heaven. That bacon! While I love "meat candy" more than almost any other animal flesh, that is not what set this order of the tried and true breakfast staple of French Toast apart. It was the bread and execution. This bread was fresh, thick and griddled to a delightful golden brown. The outside had just the right amount of crunch, while the inside was airy, fresh and wonderfully warm. I could eat this every day and never tire of it. Heaving a sad sigh of regret, I moved on to the next dish to be sampled, the Texan Potato Stack. Every Potato Stack is served with eggs over easy on herb roasted potatoes and topped with jack cheddar cheese sauce with your choice of toast or biscuit. The Texan came with added chorizo, onion, peppers, salsa, guacamole and sour cream. One bite and again, I was done. The flavors cascaded down my gullet like so many drops of gastronomical gratification. The last to dance across my taste buds this morning was the San Antonio Biscuit Bennie. I won't bore you with any more details; suffice it to say that this was on par with the rest of the meal. Everything was cooked to perfection and the flavor combinations were unparalleled in a breakfast biscuit (if this still qualifies as such). The Big Boy says, "If it is breakfast or lunchtime, stop what you are doing and go there right now."”

“If you are looking for authentic Italian food and experience, Antonio’s is where you’ll find it! He makes everything fresh and it’s always delicious! We’ve never had anything we didn’t like. The food presentation and atmosphere are lovely and so is the service. Also, the pizza is to die for! Highly recommend.”

“We have a wild two year old who makes eating out difficult. We heard this restaurant was kid friendly with a water area for littles to play so we decided to check it out while we were out in the area. We had a great experience! My son could have played there in the water all day if we let him. We sat outdoors in a shady area and watched him play as we ate our lunch. Win win! I got the chicken Philly (minus the mushrooms and marinara) and it was great! My husband got the buffalo chicken wrap and also enjoyed his. Both were much bigger than we had expected! We probably didn’t need to order sides (fries and onion rings) or could have shared one side between the two of us but that’s okay! We know for next time! My two littles got the kids chicken tenders and grilled cheese. I’m a big sweet tea girl but kind of picky. The tea was good! 🙌 Our server was also great and very friendly!”

“Seaside Florida Grill 1550 A1A Satellite Beach, FL 32937 4 Stars I was excited to try Seaside Florida Grill in Satellite Beach, as it has the same owners as Le Crepe De France, which would be a BBDO Top 5- 5-star restaurant if they fixed the service nightmare. I know it sounds hypocritical when I consistently say service doesn't matter, only execution. This place is the exception that proves the rule. However, that does not appear to be the case here. Seaside Florida Grill is humming along on all cylinders. The first thing I noticed was their fantastic drink menu. Gina is our service professional today and she is outstanding in every way. I asked Gina for one plate of Lobster Pasta, an order of Lemon Caper Grouper, some Blue Cheese Mussels and one New York Strip (medium rare). I snapped some pics of the place, and that was when I realized there was zero internet access. There was no usable WiFi at all, and it would seem this building effectively blocks all service. This is not a bad thing. Talk to your tablemate! Gina was soon seen returning with our order, and I set myself to the task at hand. Turn your peepers to the photos, and you will see how delicious everything looks. However, as we all know, looks can be deceiving, so I put my tools of culinary extirpation in my hands and got to work. Every now and then, when I use words or phrases such as “culinary extirpation,” I get some joker on Social Media screaming about the grandiloquence of my diction. I'm not trying to sound pompous; it's just how the words flow sometimes. Returning to the job at hand, I plopped a forkful of the Lobster pasta in my mouth and was immediately wowed by the sauce. The Lobster was tender and cooked to perfection. But, it's the sauce that stole the show here. When reading it on the menu, I was apprehensive as I thought the White Cheddar cheese sauce might overpower the delicacy of the lobster meat. Usually, one sees a dish such as this with a milder cheese such as Provolone or Gruyere. This was not the case as the sauce perfectly complimented the exquisite Lobster meat. Kudos! Moving on to the Lemon Caper Grouper. The fish was fresh, tender, and cooked to flaky perfection, while the sauce was, again, spot on. This is your basic lemon caper butter seafood sauce; there is nothing special in that. It's the execution that sets this apart from other joints. Whoever was the Saucier back there deserves a raise! This sauce had my taste buds looking for a dance partner. This brings me to the second-to-last dish to be reviewed: the Blue Cheese Mussels. These are the same mid-grade New Zealand Mussels found in every joint in the country. This dish isn't about the mussels; it's all about the sauce. Consisting of blue cheese, white wine, shallots, and parsley, this sauce would win awards in any competition anywhere. Hands down. Amazing! Turning to the last item on my plate today, the New York Strip, listed on the menu for a paltry 29 clams, I just had to try it. While it was cooked properly, it tasted as expected. It was choice grade (if that) and not prime. With a higher grade of protein, this place could be Best of Brevard. The execution and sauces are outstanding. The Big Boy says, “Go ahead. Give 'em a try. You won't be disappointed.””

“My Family Visited Texas Roadhouse while on vacation, we went out on our last night in Florida also for one of my daughter’s Birthday. We are a family of 7 and we were welcomed , seated, had our orders taken and served our food without any issues, the staff was amazing, so friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was alive the other guests seemed to be having as much fun as we were. Being a family of 7 We aren’t very quiet and we both talked and laughed loud! But we seemed to go unnoticed. When it came time for the bill to be delivered they surprised our 17 year old with A Birthday surprise, brownie and a song. She was a good sport probably the highlight of her night.
