Went to Chili’s yesterday May 28, 2021. Restaurant was very dirty there were no servers. No soap in the restroom and I noticed two employees using the restroom and going back to work without washing their hands. The menu was sticky the table was sticky. I still left an 18% tip but I won’t go back.
Pickup order: we asked for the menu in the restaurant. The one who looks like manager told us to scan the QR code for menu because she couldn't find a menu for the restraint she is working for. Of course, the QR code menu didn't work. It keeps bring us to the first page. So we just ordered burgers. And they burnt the burger patty LOL can't even make burgers right! No wonder why they have two starts.
