Absolute worst service ever received. I have covid so I ordered 3 heart donuts for my kids because I couldn’t really cook them anything today. I called and asked for them to make sure my refund went through when I received the other with none of the donuts that I ordered. When I called the girl who answered the phone said that she cannot help and that the manager is too busy to speak. I asked when the manager will be available and she said “later. I don’t know. go to any other dunkin but this one. terrible staff. terrible managers. and the owner connie doesn't care about their customers AT ALL. had an employee swear at my 11 year old and 5 year old daughters. actions are being taken. this dunkin is the only one in the area with different owners hence why its so bad.
