Nice community for many years. What is being allowed to be refined directly against properties of its homeowners who thought they were moving next to open space or possibly recreational space.Requesting a count of names collected at meeting to stop the rezoning to make millions for the developers. Names were collected by multiple people during the useless unorganized event in an overcrowded VFW hall that only was there to make money at the open bar that night . Wondeful community for seniors. Landscape is gorgeous, restaurant has great options at great prices, safe community, friendly guards, events, pool, golf... what more can you ask for senior living!

Eating at Wellington's at spring hill is like eating with family. Wait staff is better than excellent and owners Wayne and crystal are exceptional chefs. Clean, friendly, safe, and good food make it a must visit.
