While walking around, my sister and I saw Ben & Jerrys and decided that ice cream sounded good. I have Celiac so I went in not expecting to find much to choose from. I asked the girl behind the counter if she knew what was gluten free (I was expecting her to say no). She pulled a list out of everything gluten free and it was a long list. She assured me that they would open a new ice cream container, use a new scoop and new gloves to make sure there was no cross contamination....read full review

This Ben and Jerry's is incredible! The manager Jade did an amazing job accommodating my nut allergy. Not only did they make sure I didn't feel pressured to change my order to make it easier for them, they went above and beyond to make me feel safe. Truly amazing service! I will be coming back again in the futureDietary restrictions: Very accommodating for nut allergy. Opened new case of icecream to avoid cross contamination.

What a fantastic place! Every time I go to St. Augustine I bypass every other ice cream shop to go to Ben and Jerry’s. Why? They have non dairy options! When I visited they had strawberry marshmallow, cookie dough, and a fudge kind. It’s such a relief to buy non dairy ice cream. I feel so seen and heard! The staff works hard and is super friendly! I HIGHLY recommend.
