Don’t know how Chick-fil-A does it, but Doug on they need to incorporate their procedures every other fast food restaurant in the United States. You can get there in the limey wrapped around the store and you are not gonna have more in a 10 minute wait. The location I went to in St. Cloud was no exception. The girl taking my order was pleasant, prompt and efficient. My food came out hot and delicious.
I must be spoiled by the other Chik FIL As I've been to, because I have high expectations when it comes to them. This one did not deliver. I was in the store for 30 minutes between eating and touching up a few photos. I was not spoken to aside from the food runner verifying my name. I stood around the counter for over five minutes holding my cup without a lid. I was passed by three employees and no employee made eye contact with me or offered to refill my cup.
