I live pretty near to this location so I normally go to this location but today was the worst service I have ever received. I ordered thru the app & received my order thru the pick up lane. The employee at the window that was handling my order had absolutely NO customer service. The worst I've ever been treated there. For two occasions Ive come to Chipotle and the rice is raw or extremely salty. This was never like this in the beginning. Today, I asked for white rice without the lemon because the last time I had to throw my bowl out due to the excess lemon and salt. Sadly, the rice is undercooked and also salty. Change the cook to someone who knows how to make the rice please.
