Surprised with the amount of negative reviews, I was considering not consuming at this store. I gave it the benefit of the doubt. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Very good service. I hope the store has improved since the last reviews. I got a peach lemonade frost and pretzel bites
Was disappointed, i went to the ellenton outlet mall to do some shopping , its only 8 30 and they were already closing up , floors mopped , counters cleaned , no pretzels in sight:( i get cleaning up a bit before closing , but i really wanted a pretzel and was unable to purchase one , i think you should stay open until 9 like your store says .
