Been here twice. First time after coming home from a six hour flight, food still tasted just okay and the staff seemed depressed. Did a mobile order the second time and waiting a while before we left. Got there and they seemed to just be goofing around playing footsy in the middle of the rush. Everyone seemed pretty upset. Never had a bad meal. Not once. Always friendly. Someone is always cleaning the tables for more people to sit and enjoy.Kid-friendliness: Staff talks to the kids. Sometimes a play area.

I only selected one star because 0 is not an option. This is BY FAR the worst Chick fil A establishment I have ever visited. I have been multiple times as I live close by, and it’s not a one time issue. I almost never even receive the correct items that I ordered, and the time it takes to receive my incorrect items is usually between 15 and 20 minutes.
