I absolutely recommend this restaurant the food was so good and flavorful.. definitely a 10 out of 10… you won’t regret coming here! The food was so good I had to ask who was the chef!
I don’t use the term “hidden gem” often, but this gem was hidden from me way too long!Oh how I enjoyed this food so much. Not only was the food phenomenal, the live band made us get up and dance.The service was top tier. The owners Hector & Haley made us feel like we were family. This was an experience you have to try. Everything was absolutely delicious.

Costanera Tampa is a hidden gem located in the Carrollwood area. We came in for date night to experience authentic Peruvian Cuisine, which, in my opinion, will knock your socks off.I had the Lomo Saltado ( beef filet) cooked in Peruvian spices, and soy sauce (gluten-free soy sauce is available) was absolutely delicious.
