“If you're looking for some delicious authentic tacos, this is the place to go. And let me tell yall, he doesn't skimp on the steak or chorizo so it is very fulfilling and worth every penny. After eating 2/4 tacos I bought, I felt compelled to leave a review and let others know how fantastic this food truck is. In addition to the amazing food, the guy who served me provided great customer service as well. 10/10 would recommend.“

“I've noticed this spot opened up recently for a good while now, stopped over to grab something quick this morning. Some of the best tasting yellow rice and black beans I may ever eat. So much flavor it's insane. Tender stewed beef over the top of course loaded with flavors as well. What a “

“This review is for delivery. I ordered via DoorDash, and my food arrived within the predicted window. It was packaged neatly, although the food was not piping hot (admittedly, I don't live very close to the restaurant).I ordered a baleada con todo (large tortilla stuffed with beans, crema, avocado, steak, and cheese) and a pupusa. The pupusa was a little dry, maybe related to it being cold on arrival. There was a good amount of included slaw and hot sauce (although I would have liked the salsa to be more picante). The slaw was good. The baleada was good, but I wish it were hotter. The steak was not cut up well, so it was messy to eat. There was only one piece of avocado. I think this is not a place for delivery but rather a place to eat in. The food would have been improved by freshness. You really shouldn't wait 20-25 minutes to eat these kinds of foods.“

“I've been traveling to mainland Honduras for nearly 40 years, and my wife is Honduran. We had business in Tampa and I happened to find La Casa Catracha while searching the area we would be near. This place is authentic Honduran food from the mainland. It isn't island Honduran or Garífuna, this is what you would find in the true Spanish cities like Tegucigalpa, Chulateca, Danli or other inland areas. Everything tasted fresh and the portions are huge (I'm a big guy and six hours after eating, I am still stuffed but looking forward to the leftovers tomorrow). My wife had Enchaladas, while I had Patistas. They could have had a bit more spice but that is a personal choice and each table had both red and green El Yucateco picante sauce. My horchata was fresh, cold, and made from scratch. Service was excellent, friendly, engaging and attentive. Meal prices are in line with most chain places at $12-$18 but expect to get two meals due to portion size. When we are in Tampa again in a few months, we'll be going back.“
