One customer was disappointed that the restaurant ran out of Oxtails, but the server, Rushelle Savage, went above and beyond to make their experience special by bringing them a complimentary bowl of Oxtails. The service at Jerk Hut is exceptional, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The parking is convenient with plenty of space available next to a nearby church. While some customers noted that the food on the buffet wasn't as hot as expected, they still enjoyed the flavorful dishes and are planning to return during a busier time to compare the food temperature. Overall, Jerk Hut Island Grille & Beach Club provides a memorable dining experience with delicious Jamaican cuisine and outstanding service.
