Was driving past and was fortunate to find a parking spot. Went inside and decided what I wanted. No one was in line in front of me. I stood there in front of the register for at least 5 minutes. During this time I observed 5 workers in the back. NONE of them said "We will be right with you" or "Welcome". A few of the workers even looked at me but did/said nothing. Love this place. Smoothies and wraps always high quality and made with care. Always on time and greeted whenever I enter the store. App has good rewards system. The other day I got there and my smoothie wasn't ready,,,,my mistske because I had ordered from the wrong restaurant,,,,staff member made me my smoothie anyway ?
This was my first time ordering food from this location. I ordered for pick up but apparently I picked a day when it was packed because there appeared to be a band event going on near by (people everywhere were carrying instruments) so I was not surprised when my pick up time from my confirmation email was not accurate.
