“Well today’s second visit is a reminder that I needed to write a review. My second time having Ann Marie as our server and its still 5+ star service she delivers. She is so friendly and attentive.The first tine I visited was because of my Get Upside APP offered 6% off. I didnt tell my bf thats where we were going. Well when we pulled up , He said “ oh this place? me and the neighbors came after a race and service stunk” Well our visit together with our grand daughter changed that . Ann Marie was our server, She was excellent and what we thought were going to be pricey loaded Bloody Marys were delicious and affordable. We enjoyed our breakfast very much.Todays visit was no exception, I was so happy to get Ann Marie again. I got the usual sausage n gravy biscuits n a side of fruit and my daughter got the whiskey bacon benedict and their special hash browns . She loved her breakfast and the sweet tea was great and Ann Marie kept them refilled.Will definitely be back and Im signed up for their rewards program .“
“Great atmosphere and comfortable seating. The bacon was thick and crispy. Strawberry scone was yummy. Check your bill to make sure it is yours. Toast comes unbuttered. The potato casserole is bland compared to Cracker Barrel. Needs cheddar cheese IMHO.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu.“

“I was on a mission to find really good Mexican food in Venice. This restaurant exceeded my hope because they have the one menu item that is seldom done well: tamales! Hard to say enough about their succulent tamales except best I ever ate. The rest of our meals were also outstanding. My wife raved about her margarita. Then, we capped it off with a good sopapilla with honey of course. The atmosphere was just right for us--clean and neat. Our waiter Sammy was a lot of fun and gave us great service. I'll probably be sorry I wrote this because they'll probably get real busy. . . but they deserve to!“
“Best place to eat lunch in Sarasota. This is our family favorite! Even our kids love this place. Interesting, unique, but authentic French food. Soooo good! The owner is such a great person. “Whenever we can, we eat breakfast or lunch at Mango Bistro. We sometimes contrive to do something in Englewood (like go to the post office there instead of our local one) specifically so we can go to Mango afterwards. Their food is all fresh and well-prepared, plus they have a wide selection of fresh juice concoctions with or without alcohol.We love just about everything on the menu. Their quiche is great and is accompanied by a huge side salad. All of their wraps, tacos, and sandwiches come with blue corn chips and fresh fruit slices, when available. The staff are warm and welcoming. And we've found the other people who eat there to be friendly as well.Thank you, Mango Bistro, for doing such a great job so consistently!Vegetarian options: They have a separate vegetarian menu.Dietary restrictions: There are many options for those who have food sensitivities. “We went for the Friday night open mic and had the best time! Owner Dan, along with the gals behind the counter - Melissa and Alexis - were absolutely wonderful. “Small, cozy bar off S Tamiami Trail. We went on a Friday night, and there was a 30-minute wait for regular seating. The bar had open seats so we decided to just order there. I got the stuffed jalapenos, and they came out hot and fresh. Crispy bacon exterior, with a cheesy mozzarella interior. For my main course, I went for the Hawaiian burger, which did not disappoint. It was cooked perfectly to temp with two grilled pineapple wheels, LTO, and bbq sauce on the side. Two thumbs up. My wife got the cheese steak and said it was good but not the best. Both of our main dishes were served with crispy steak fries and a pickle spear. I normally dont like thick cut steak fries because they aren't normally cooked with an exterior crisp, but these were. Service was a bit slow but only because of how busy it was. Service bar drink tickets were printed nonstop, and the bartender did a great job managing wait staff drinks while still tending to her bar guests. Overall, good food and service.“
“Breakfast outdoors under the Live Oak was excellent. I had the count of money Cristo with potatoes, and my friend got an omelette. Our food was excellent— even the toast was great, hot and buttered, and perfectly toasted— and I felt the menu was a good mix of traditional breakfast food with a few interesting flourishes.“
“My husband and I stopped in March the 10th and Evan was our server. That young man had 16 people in line waiting to be served. He remained calm, engaged, and very professional. The service is quick and even though the line was very long this young man handling all these people alone didn't excellent job. Don't know who the owner is but you are quite lucky to have him. And no I am not a family member I am from Indiana visiting the area and was quite impressed with your choice of employees. The young man is going to go somewhere in this life.“
